YOU CAN GET HIT BY A BUS and if you are covid positive you are listed as a covid death.

You can be in hospice with weeks to live already, but if you contract the virus and die they'll say covid was your cause of death. Even though we know that is not true.
If you are 90, obese, have kidney disease and a host of other issues waiting to die, and then you contract covid and die. Covid was NOT the true cause of your death and everyone knows that.
It's being run this way because of a narrative they want to keep propogating.

“As of April 14, 2020, CDC case counts and death counts include both confirmed and probable cases and deaths. This change was made to reflect an interim COVID-19 position statement issued by the Council for State and Territorial Epidemiologists on April 5, 2020. The position statement included a case definition and made COVID-19 a nationally notifiable disease.”

If the physician feels that their symptoms are close enough they can list them as covid death. this is all on the CDC website.
This means that people dying of the flu and pneumonia in many cases are listed as covid.
Funny how the FLU completely vanished this year for the first time in hundreds of years!

2. I dont believe this to be remotely true
3. The grossest estimates are no where near 100k deaths in a single flu season in completely incongruent scenarios... Do you think the 2017 flu season is akin to the covid response? no, oh and in the states and covid over 600k now... quik maffs

1. vaccines kill or harm animals in trials. I would expect this to be true. It's a vaccine designed to create an immune response and that inherently carries risks. The comparison is not "vaccine vs. no vaccine" it's "Vaccine and reduced virus response vs. no vaccine and take our changes on virus response". There can be many answers to that question.
2. 2.6 comorbidities. That's a morality question. When we discuss comorbidities most people seem to like to pretend these are all imminently fatal without COVID while that is not typically the case. Obesity is a comorbidity. Looks like you have some muscle mass, what's your BMI? You might qualify as obese, if not overweight. There are hundreds of others I could list but that's why its a morality question. Do these folks deserve to die if they have mild (treatable) athsma and a moderately high BMI?
3. ALL Death Cases - I think that you are referring to counting all death cases WITH COVID as COVID, but even if I grant you the statement as written it's completely dodges the subject. You can question the statistical significance of the RATE of death but does that make all of them invalid?
4. Seasonal Flu - one of the weakest arguements I have ever seen. This comparison (which comes up constantly) compares Flu with zero social impacts to reduce spread to COVID during various stages of shut down (and usually with heaps of data discarded).

“In cases where a definite diagnosis of COVID–19 cannot be made, but it is suspected or likely (e.g., the circumstances are compelling within a reasonable degree of certainty), it is acceptable to report COVID–19 on a death certificate as “probable” or “presumed.” In these instances, certifiers should use their best clinical judgement in determining if a COVID–19 infection was likely. However, please note that testing for COVID–19 should be conducted whenever possible.”

I love how people are treating vaccines like they're some fool-proof magical antidote. It doesn't stop you from contracting the virus and there is still a definite chance of getting sick.

2. 2.6 comorbidities.
1. vaccines kill or harm animals in trials. I would expect this to be true. It's a vaccine designed to create an immune response and that inherently carries risks. The comparison is not "vaccine vs. no vaccine" it's "Vaccine and reduced virus response vs. no vaccine and take our changes on virus response". There can be many answers to that question.

2.330k “covid” American deaths in 2020 (less 94% that had comorbidity) is 20k American deaths due to Covid without co-morbidity. 20k deaths compared to even half the 2018 influenza deaths still makes influenza far deadlier or…. Covid19 is simply influenza rebranded with non-stop media histrionics, padded stats and inaccurate testing (PCR) which no gold standards to compare.

4. 2017-2018 influenza season according to CDC saw 61,000 deaths being directly related to influenza and not attributed to any other disease

However, this article states Influenza and complications killed 80,000 Americans in 2018.

The article also states that many influenza cases are never reported on the death certificate due to it being so common so in theory deaths attributed to influenza could be far worse.
2020 – 2021 influenza season saw 2% of historical influenza cases recorded.

Invariably mutation causes infection rate increase ( seasonality still being the biggest factor) and lethality rate decrease, henceforth it becomes ubiquitous and permanent. Vaccination at this stage is essentially pointless.I think the theory behind it is, if you vaccinate enough people within a short enough period of time, that window allows you to create a herd immunity against the virus which will drastically lower the chances of another spike in cases later on
Then later on you can keep vaccinating the elderly seasonally a bit like how they do now with the flu
I think if they can't roll out enough vaccines quick enough, like in Europe atm, it's gonna be effectively useless for younger ppl

2. Your COVID vs. Flu comparison is selective and not the total picture. Ok......Flu may be more deadly if you have no comorbidities than COVID. Even if we accept that as true it's irrelevant unless we morally agree that we don't care about people with comorbidities (and also makes me want to see that the comorbidities was fully recorded for the flu which may not be the case).
3. Fully aware. In my immediate family are 2 ER Docs (one runs the ER) and a post-doc on immunology/virology....seen it more than once. It doesn't mean what your ******** friends have convinced you it means but I'll grant you that it almost certainly leads to overstatement of COVID deaths. I granted that in my first statement you failed to read. That's not the question. The questions is how many are real?
4. Your article makes my exact case. Thank you for posting it. Your last article confirms that social (and other) measures taken significantly reduced the spread of the FLU this last year. It also likely significanltly reduced the spread of COVID. Which is why it is asinine to compare 2020 COVID numbers to 2018 flu numbers. Absurd.
