Using the anniversary as a backdrop to protest another issue is not the same as gathering to honor the anniversary.

The issue isn't that he supports or sympathizes with BLM. He can wear all the shirts he wants, he participate in all the marches he wants. He can hold whatever views he wants. The real issue is that jurors are supposed to unbiased, and they're supposed to disclose any biases before they're selected.
Explain where he lied.. He didn't attend any protest in Minneapolis, and he went to DC on the anniversary of one of the most impactful speeches we have in modern American history.. He stated he went there because he had never been and thought celebrating A MAN WHO WANTED RACIAL EQUALITY was needed.

When the defense attorney asked him about his thoughts on BLM he gave his honest thoughts.... "Very Favorable"

The protest was an MLK protest but it was spawned by George Floyd events and in alignment with these events. The shirt he is wearing is directly from this protest. NAN was responsible from the protest and it WAS a George Floyd protest (not BLM).

Instigated from the protest movement that has risen up since the police killing of George Floyd, the ‘Get Off Our Necks’ Commitment March on Washington will be a day of action that will demonstrate our commitment to fighting for policing and criminal justice.

The Commitment March will take place on August 28th 2020 — the 57th anniversary of the historical March on Washington, where Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his “I Have a Dream” speech.

https://nationalactionnetwork.net/re...off-our-necks/

The juror question CLEARLY states have YOU or anyone close to you participated in in protest Police use of force or police brutality...

He clearly purjored himself as the protest in question was against Police brutality.

Again we can keep going about this but these are the facts with links...
You would have an argument if this took place on April 20th... on Nov 2nd... on Jan 15th........ but it didn't, it took place on the same date IN THE SAME LOCATION as the "I Have a Dream" speech. Just admit you're too stupid to have this conversation with and carry on please

The I have a dream march and the NAN "get your knee off our necks" were part of the same weekend of protest August 27/28th 2020.

Series of events:

Friday’s protest, called “Commitment March: Get Your Knee Off Our Necks,” was planned in the wake of Floyd’s death by civil rights activist Reverend Al Sharpton’s National Action Network.
After speeches at the Lincoln Memorial, participants will walk to the Martin Luther King memorial about a half mile away.
Speakers referenced John Lewis, the late lawmaker also spoke at the 1963 march. They also referred to the importance of voting in November’s election, and the links between activism for Black civil rights, disability rights and LGBT rights and against gun violence, among other causes.

Martin is clearly wearing a T-shirt from the NAN event the "Get your knee off our necks" event.

...and if you want to say that Martin only attended the "I have a dream" portion of the protest despite wearing a "get your knee off of our necks shirt, I can post quotes from the MLK "I have a dream event" that clearly proves it was an protest that was focused on Police use of force or police brutality.

BOTH events were focused on Police brutality and George floyd via the anniversary of MLK. Mitchells ******** post is from August 31st directly after the protest weekend. There is no confusion in regards to which events he attended and what time. It was the August 27/28th events in Washington and its been noted by dozens of news sources.

There is literally no where for you to go. Keep sliding but you've been proven wrong.

and by the way he is wearing a BLM hat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LULZ

Do you refuse to accept that you are by far one of the most uninformed, irrational, stupid posters on this board? You know fuk all about black people, and the fact that you continually hurl assumptions around drives that point home. Furthermore your question about president trump is a complete non-sequitor and shows you can't even back up your argument with any real or anecdotal facts. And you're right I don't accept it, because it's not based on any facts. He didn't really do anymore or less than previous presidents, and you parroting his talking points don't change that. Trump was an ok president. Wasn't good, wasn't awful.
