My face looks thinner and a little older now compared to a decade ago. My hair is the same, my body is better.

Stronger now but that's about it.

A decade ago I was a freshly out of college D1 athlete. Solid 8/10 that got constant attention everywhere I went.

I'm not bad for 34, but 34 ain't 24.

When I was 20 I was in way better shape and probably looked better

But I am crushing way more 18-22 year old pussy now then I ever did. I think the salt and pepper hair + supreme confidence more then makes up for it srs

what made you change?

Being more into fitness and then in a LTR slowed the drinking down naturally over the past 5-6 years, and now being a dad even more so. Didn't put the chitty cig habit to bed though until last year when my wife and I found out she was preggors. I was about ready to quit as it was and that was the final bit of motivation I needed.

Decade ago brah.

The tour definitely ends. Enjoy your youth, you kents.

that’s awesome. My Hubble cut way down on drinking and partying when he switched from the produce manager for south cali/Vegas health food store chains to a trade. He wouldn’t have made it through the apprenticeship otherwise. That’s awesome you quit smoking too!

BUT younger age trumps better fitness so no matter what I do I can’t really look better than before.
see if you were a slayer when you were younger, you will never look better a decade later. That only works if you were an incel before and then became a chad/stacy. But a 10 year older chad is still 10 years older. BUT there are far fewer people who are still Chads and Stacys when they are 10 years older

Better, for me. I've added 15lb of muscle which dramatically changed my aesthetics. Basically went from typical skinny fat to pretty fit.

I'm aging fairly well, so wrinkles/balding/gray hair haven't hit me yet (41).
