Vid unavailable. I have a major love/hate thing going on with the SSB though. It's a great tool but damn is it humbling. I really like the part where you can do a set that feels like you are literally fukking dying, but then you check the video and it looks like an RPE 6-7...

Try again. Yeah, it add more pressure in the right places for me, while protecting the others. I have a rotator injury atm, so the grip helps.

I finally started training them differently. Nothing bent leg. 80% of sets Heavy. Being defined by a weight you can only do 7-8 reps no bouncing etc. Also did unilateral assistance which really push them over the end. In the end, my calves are not 'great' but they hit 17 and dont look as out of place. Guessing if I had a normal amount of body fat on them, they would look bigger, but my legs have stayed 'peeled' for years. Anyway, it can be done.

Today was my home leg workout. Did 4 supersets of BB squats and Good Mornings, then 3 sets standing calf raises off the side of my treadmill. I only have about an hour and 10 min because I do this workout on my lunch break, so don't really have time for much variety.

Switched to mornings to have more time for life in the afternoon. Finally adjusted to waking up earlier.

Feels almost as busy in the morning sometimes.

This thread is about today an now. Dont distract it with your useless attacks on others which are really reflective of your own feelings internally of your failures.
Dude I like you as a poster but I've seen the pictures you're talking about many times and you looked incredible in them. You obviously busted your ass for a lot of years. No one can take that away from you. It's impressive and definitely something you should be proud of. But to make a statement like "there's not much difference" just because you're at a similar bodyweight is why a lot of people don't respect steroid users. It's either delusional or outright dishonesty to say that. There's a MASSIVE difference between those before (gear) and after (gear) pics. As in there's NO comparison. And to think you're also considerably older and have sustained a bunch of nasty injuries since then, you really truly believe the gear isn't making THAT much difference? This is why people call out steroid users who constantly repeat the "it's all hard work and dedication" mantra as if repeating it enough will somehow make it true.

Are you disputing what I said? You could show those before and after pics to a person who knows absolutely nothing about bodybuilding and they could tell there's a HUGE difference to the point it doesn't even look like the same person. EVERY muscle on his body looks completely different. It's completely ridiculous to say the gear hardly made a difference.

I'll say it again though. OP's physique when he was natural is one of the best I've ever seen when it comes to a balance between size, shape and leanness.
