Pics from the gym tonight. (everyone post up)
Not enough working out talk around here.
Purpose of this thread is to welcome anyone to post up pics from their workout...and hopefully keep this going.
I dont want to see pics from last year or last month. Lets keep it honest and post up pics from tonight's workout.
I'll get rolling with a quick snap from my first ever fasted (weight training) workout. On 20 hour fast when snapped this. PLOWED tons of food after. Just figured I would try it since I never have.
Post em up!

Nothing is stopping me from working out at home. The only thing really tying me to the gym is that they have a pool which I enjoy using for my cardio. Can also get some good looks at females in workout clothes which is an added bonus. If I had my own pool I wouldn't feel the need to have a gym membership.

OK, it is Tues. Lets separate the wheat from the chaff. Who in the MISC is still lifting? Snap a pic and post up pic from gym tonight. Dont care about 'mogging', just want to see who is still in it.
Lots of keyboard warriors, but from a guy who has been doing this more than half my life, I can promise this is a marathon and not a sprint. So represent and post snap some pics tonight and post them proudly! REGARDLESS of where you are. We all start somewhere. No shame in that. I have found that being accountable to yourself is the most import thing. Regular progress pics are important. (If you are trying to progress)
This is a pic from over 10 years ago of me about a month back into training after a decade off. I did not want to take 'start' pics. Certainly not flattering.

BUT speaking of top down, in a Huracan spyder, you lose about 3" of leg room, and that makes a less than comfortable car for anyone over 6' tall. Aventadors not so much.

also took your advice and sat in a Huracan, fuark felt good. Do you have any tips on buying/negotiating the price? They are still selling 5 year old ones for basically the MSRP of a new one. Don't know how long to wait or to get something cheaper for now while Huracans come down

Look for a 610-4 and not a 580. Prices are similar, but the 610 was orignally 40k more expensive, carbon brakes and generally better equiped. Dont consider anything without a TEB (transparent engine bonnet). Dont buy any with the carbon buckets (they look cool but after 15 min you will regret it). If you get an EVO they changed the carbon bucket style and they are OK. And Style package is nice. (gloss black accents and you can tell the exhaust tips are black). Dont be afraid of miles.

^ Thanks for the feedback! It's nice to read considering this is a full decade's worth of consistently hard work and dedication. Can't imagine a lifestyle that doesn't involve training hard and eating well. You're looking fantastic yourself, OP.
