Obviously I listed a couple of supps on page 1, but I'll admit they're not even necessary. I began taking zinc years and years ago because to get 30-50mg of zinc wasn't always possible. Same goes with fish oil. I supplement with it because I have dry eyes and this helps me produce more tears. I don't eat oranges because they irritate my mouth so I take a Vit-c supplement instead.Good **** OP.
Does anyone know if that Nugenix stuff that's in tons of commercials helps at all?

Do you find it easier to maintain low bf with such high test levels?
“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn
"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

When we go out to eat with people I'll always order 2 appetizers (brussels and potatoes typically) then a steak or fish. Seems pretty normal to me, but to everyone else it's always a surprise. I know when I'm eating too much because I'll hold a few extra lbs in my midsection. Personally, I dont see the point in eating excessive amounts of cals at the expense of gaining unwanted bf%.Do you find it easier to maintain low bf with such high test levels?

Office called me Monday with two concerns, A) LDL a hair too high, but normal for someone who eats as much red meat as I do. B) Test "too high". Doc said in his over 10 years of practice he's never seen labs as good as mine with test levels over 1,200 esp for my age. He mentioned that I'm actively using all of the testosterone I produce which is why the second number was also "way above normal".post FSH/LH?
I then asked "should I get a hormone panel to confirm all OK" to which he said "it will not be covered by insurance." Jump back to that Tuesday appt, during my annual screening I mentioned that because I'm over 30 i'd like to know where my test levels stand. They ordered the panel with reasoning: felt tired, so that insurance wouldn't make me pay.
Now that all of labs are clean and I don't have a leg to stand on to get additional labs. Yes, my testosterone is exceedingly rare, but all of the other results show no reason why insurance would cover additional panels. TLDR: I aint paying outta pocket because I'm not juicing.
