So basically every meal is meat+vegetables, with rare carb inclusion (that's not in fruits & veggies).

For routine, I do a 3-day splt, twice a week. Sometimes no rest day, depending.

Day 1: Typical barbell compound lifts (squat, deads, bench, rows) + chin-ups and calf raises
Day 2: Shoulders. JUST SHOULDERS. Like 6 different lifts (3 sets of 5) targeting different parts of delts/lats
Day 3: Cardio

Das it man, keep it going. You can still keep making great progress. I look and feel better at 50 than I did at 28, though not as profound of a transformation as yours.

There are some fatties on here that don't realize how low you need to go to be lean sometimes, but that said under 150 does seem a little low for your height and leanness. How are the legs, are you working those hard too?

Haha yeah my squat + calves blasting keeps my legs looking okay. Regarding some of the weight comments - it does kind of remind me of how some people will be at like 20% bodyfat but estimate that they're at 5%. Like you really do shrink down A LOT in weight in order to get visible leanness, especially as a natty

You look great and you're doing it right. I've worked with tons of natty guys who compete at that height in that weight range. Most people here are clueless when it comes to true bodyfat and what true shredded/leanness actually looks like. You have to go low...most will never wrap their minds around it.

Nice job!

On the topic of self improvement I don't remember where I read it but you mentioned a veggie drink. Curious what it is. I'm considering one for my morning routine since I probably can't cram all the veggies into my breakfast patties.

Considering beets for blood flow, celery, cabbage, and tomato as a base, maybe getting some citrus in there. Don't have a fancy blender, but I'll make do.

Edit-found the celery juice mention. Anything else? I recall spinach also containing similar properties (beta ectysterol)

Yeah like I said I swear by celery juice. But also in the mornings I make protein shake with the following:
- Spinach
- Almond/Coconut Milk
- Vanilla Protein Powder
- Chopped up raw zucchini (srs)
- Tablespoon of almond butter
- Couple tablespoons of full-fat greek yogurt
- Cup of frozen berries

I've paired that shake with two hardboiled eggs & coffee for almost every day for 10 years. 10/10 breakfast
