Next time I'll ask the Dr about TRT, but I had colon cancer back in 2002, my dad had prostate cancer, and my mother died of breast cancer. So I can already predict his response, lol.

I really doubt a true TRT dose would increase the chances of cancer, but I’m overstepping here, it’s none of my business and I’m sure if you really are interested you are smart enough to do your own research.

Update: done with the cut now. Day i made this thread i ended binging on cereal and oatmeal lol, probably had like 2k cals above maintenance of carbs. Had the best sleep in a while for sure. Last night was great sleep too.
Now im just gonna try to stick to maintenance calories for the next two weeks, its hard because once you open pandoras box and you decide to be "done with the diet", suddenly it becomes 10x harder to not completely lose it and stuff your face from **** food all day. Guess i have to think of it as a second phase of the diet.
Gonna probably have to drink 8-10 liters of water for the next few days to ease the beast lol.

Once i come back yeah i agree, im not a beach or shirtless type of dude so 12-14% will be the number to aim to. And really focus on adding mass to the legs and abs
