This is insane! I didn't really follow him, but if you look at enough bodybuilding/fitness on IG, you know the algorithm is going to put him on that feed sooner rather than later.

In terms of blame, it doesn't matter because its just so sad. Don't blame him, is what I mean to say. He was so young and full of personality. Chris Bumstead, Andrei Deiu and others are announcing this already on their feeds.

I hope this sends a lot of ripple/shock waves through the bodybuilding and fitness community. But if the likes of Rhoden and McMillan haven't changed things...

I saw his interview a year or so ago with Larry where he said when he was around 18 he did every illegal substance concoction known to mankind with reckless abandon for years (some older guy from his gym just started handing him trenbolone sandwiches coupled with 10 other things).

i knew of a guy who also worked in a company i worked. i never worked with him directly but he was clearly on Mexican supplements. He ended up dying of a heart attack in his sleep and he was -35 years old.

As clarification; we're currently not sure on what the actual cause of Jo's passing is. However, based on the limited information that we have at this time, it's very likely that he died from the complications of a blood clot.
I felt it was important to highlight all of the potential causes during this video; vax, Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), and undiagnosed hereditary risk conditions.

Today I realized that freedom of speech has died, and humanity is more divided than ever. I'm not sure if I want to contribute to this "fitness" industry any longer, the negativity is appalling...

Downplaying roids is retarded. If they did so little then why even bother taking them? Why not just eliminate all the effort and risks that come with taking them? Obviously roids enhance muscle building to a ridiculous extent.

It's sad what happened but if the guy was truly concerned about his health, he should've just stopped roiding completely. Nothing would've stopped him from continuing to train and diet. Surely if roids did so little then going off them would've made no difference to his enjoyment of training and dieting.

That was his career though. Easier said than done. And I think he was far more responsible than most influencers. I think it was the vaxx 100%
