Did you ask her why she chose a male trainer? I've never used a personal trainer but from what i've been able to see, you can choose who you want to train you (male/female) because their portraits are usually in the gym office or front desk.

I'd just approach it head on. If she only has a few sessions left, just let it happen. If she has a lot, just ask if she understands that you'd be more comfortable with a female personal trainer.


Weigh your options. It's not ideal that she didn't think of this, a great girl wouldn't have put you in this situation. Or go with her once, assess if he's a threat. Maybe he's an ugly brah with no game and you're fine.

This. I feel like at this age unless you are. King it together that is stupid. It’s a total lack of respect for a woman to get another male to train her unless you were just a fat lazy bum and she needed help for her own self esteem or unless you worked all day and she was just the social type. If you actually workout there every guy in there will think less of you and probably throw passes at your girl. I know that feeling though and they will put guilt trips in you but she is probably the type that will eventually sleep with another person after like the first fight

She said nearly all PTs in gym are male (probably true from what I saw but maybe a few females there also)

And this PT was first one to sign her up for a trial so she said she went with him

She said he’s gay and has boyfriend (who knows if it’s true or if she’s lying though)

She also said she will stop sessions soon anyway because not enough money (but who also knows if true)

Now it feels like I’m micromanaging and controlling the relationship lol which is never good.
