And we need to stop the run. Our pass coverage is ok other than the middle of the field. We need a big play for some momentum

We have zero starting linebackers in now and this game will come down to whether the offense can answer. Defense is at a big disadvantage right now with all the players out.

Don't like that we rushed 3 on that 3rd and 6. Go after the QB c'mon.

Don't mind the loss…Bowman injury and Buckner injury could be the worst things to happen in this game.

It's clear to me we're not doing much this year so injuries which could impact next year are brutal. Especially to key players.

I'm hoping it's not what it looked like for both players and they're ok long term.

Tough loss overall I actually thought we'd pull this one out. We're definitely weak up the middle and losing Bowman will only make things worse. Didn't see Hodges out there either so we may be missing our top 3 ILBs and our DL is beat up. Gonna be tough go of it we'll see how much having Lynch back can help.

Robinson is a keeper. Kid can play. Hopefully he stays out of trouble and keeps getting better…considering we drafted him in front of Dak it's good that he had himself a great game to remind people that it wasn't a total mistake.

Need Cleveland to start winning and Chicago to win some as well. They did their part today.

Trent Brown and the OL play overall is a positive, Robinson is a big positive, and that is about it. We need more talent, all over the place, and a better QB.

As bad as we are injuries are making it a lot worse cause most of the significant ones are key players on defense.

Ofcourse it was just like our win against the Vikings last year. This team is straight up garbage and at this point I realize it has more to do with upper management than anything else.

Ok pleas don't hate me…

If Bowmans injury is serious we can pretty consider him useless. Reconstructed knee and then a possible surgery from this.

So now we need two ILBs to the list of positions we need. Which is pretty everywhere. The only good part of this team is the oline right now. For the most part the secondary is playing pretty well. Sadly again having no pass rush makes them look bad at times.

We're getting Lynch back right when the rest of our defense is decimated. Feel terrible for Bowman he doesn't deserve this. I wouldn't care if he retired at this point. I wouldn't blame him at all. Buckner hurt in what should be his developmental year, Armstead and Ward hurt in their 2nd and 3rd years when they can make a difference. Armstead is playing so limited and every time he plays he's in the backfield causing havoc but he's barely out there. Sucks. I don't know what super powers are bringing this terrible times on the organization and the players and the fans but I do believe in karma and think that Jed and his FO cronies and Baalke's masterful plans have brought us plenty of bad karma.

I wouldn't say useless but if it is achilles like everyone anticipates it will be devestating. He was really good last year but he hasn't been the same since that injury vs Seattle. Dude was playing some unreal level football at the time and while he's still good rushing the passer and playing the run he's been somewhat a liability in coverage. Recovering from an achilles injury would sap even more ability from him and he's like 3 years older now so rehab won't be any easier.

Just need to hope it's not as bad as it looked but I'm ready for the worst

I don't mind us losing at all because I think it can make the team better long term but I don't want to see key players get hurt to the point where next year or beyond their play is impacted.

What are your thoughts on Prescott now though?

I'd say he's got a much tougher task of playing with that team than Lynch does with Denver. Hell Kaepernick probably would've looked great there.

I guess I shouldn't say useless, but not having a decent LB next time him would things worse. Still hoping it could be minor, but if it isn't then…. I am sad and not sure what Bowman would do.

Definitely surprised by Dak. He has poise, he's very accurate on short throws, and doesn't make mistakes.

But he's yet to face a legit defense and he's rarely under a lot of pressure. I'll wait to anoint him as a legit NFL starter:

Dak is in a great situation too. Great line and an offensive minded head coach.

Just the idea that Lynch needed two full years was laughable. It's easier than ever for QB's to play right away.

I agree it's easier but it's also a lot easier to play on that team. When most people were saying he'd need some time it was when we didn't know what team he was going to.

I also think long term it's better to keep some guys on the shelf. This year obviously is a very good one for rookie QB success but the team picking the highest with a rookie QB was the Eagles and they traded up to that #2 spot.

Wentz also played of a more traditional offense at ND, the biggest question with him was competition level. Some guys coming out of gimmick offenses need more time. It doesn't mean they'll fall flat on their face but if they do you're risking those guys turning into a Blaine Gabbert or Tim Couch where it's just too much going bad early on and their confidence just goes to hell.

Good news at least….

Sounds like Ward has been walking around without a limp. So that means he just had a strain. Need him back sooner or later. Also I am all in favor on benching Broker for robinson and ward. Those two could make a good duo on the outside.

Still have not seen anything from Bowman and Buckner. Hoping for the best.

Fuk…hopefully he has what it takes to come back from it. I know it's not easy but if anyone can do it Bowman can. Unfortunately he may not be a 3 down linebacker for much longer if at all now. It's definitely a position we need to address next year.

Really sad to see this happen to a player like him. He worked his ass off after his knee injury and came back to lead the league in tackles. Now he is out again. HOpefully they get is fixed asap so he can begin rehab.

Sadly we are now F'ed… Whilhote sucks in coverage and looks even worse than before. Who else do we really have? Skov is cool, but I do not think he is starter materiel. Then we have Bellore, and hodges. Who could they even bring in now for an extra body?

Logical thing would be to move Brooks inside but who knows if he goes for it. He was an inside guy coming out of UVA but not sure he has the lateral quickness to do it anymore.

With Armstead playing hurt, Buckner out, Bowman out and we're left with who we're left with it will be tough watching this team. If Arizona is smart they're going to give David Johnson like 40 touches on Thursday.

Really sucks for Bowman. The defense is so ****ed. We should shelf Armstead, Buckner is out, Armstrong is out, Ward is out, Dorsey is barely back from ACL, Dial had MCL, Purcell isn't good.

Let Blair play a bunch and same with Tank and Harold and just let them continue to develop, although I only think Blair has anything to offer of those three going forward. At least Lynch is coming back.

Let Robinson get plenty of work on the outside, he looks like a solid pick. Let Skov get lots of work to see if he can play at NFL level and be serviceable. I personally don't like Wilhoite and don't think Bellore offers anything other than special teams play. Let Tartt play a bunch too to keep developing.

This team is in major need of almost everything and on top of that we get fuked with injuries. Even Kerley missed practice today. We need to address almost everything on this team and I hope it's not Baalke doing the addressing. He needs to go.
