BTC and ETH are ponzis, well, certainly BTC, ETH maybe not

Furthermore, the market cap comparative to Gold's is pathetic. To claim it is "stealing" Gold's market share is like claiming Doge is impacting BTC or ETH

BINGO…

and now that eth decouple from btc you have two viable separate options to hedge against market moves, inflation, and at the same time make money cause more institutions are buying in…

really when you buying gold do u really think your are buying "gold"?

when things go to hell where exactly are you going to go to collect your gold? lol

if you are afraid of a volatile asset then you should stay away from the market (with all due respect of course - def not trying to be a d#ck)

Why does it have to be bitcoin/eth vs gold.

Why can't we have both and all be happy together? Many of the gold elitists have already warmed up to bitcoin.

Bitcoin didn't even hardly move upon the news though. It dipped a little.

His strategy is obviously to hold value with minimal drawdown. No one plans to collect gold or buttcoins when shtf and they need to barter for food. I have ammunition for that.

Do you guys really believe government will allow crypto to circumvent their agenda? I don't think it's as safe and great as people make it out to be, plus blockchain data can be traced despite what the propaganda is telling you.

I am not believer in crypto either but here we are.

BTC and ETH don't look like ponzi anymore (all the other shiiit coins 100% are nothing but equivalent of penny stocks and worse)

If SEC allows ETF to go up next month on BTC / ETH it will even further cement it as alternative option.

Every big trader now has crypto wallet and some exposure.

Unless I'm holding gold and can attain it if needed I'm not trusting putting a lot of money into it. I would just assume put my money in bitcoin.

I'll invest into rolex watches before gold shares lol.

i probably wouldn't actually put it in gold - i was just using it for comparison's sake as theyre often compared.

if i had 100k to put somewhere, it wouldn't be in bitcoin.

in all likelihood, it'd be in an world index.

They won't allow it, that's why they are buying it. I feel much more safe with crypto then the government being able to just make owning gold illegal like they did in the past.

Most people know that it can be traced back to you(which is why the media's negative attention on the criminal aspect of crypto is a total joke), it's possible to launder money but becoming more difficult and is minuscule compared to the number of legit holders. I have no reason to hide my holdings from the government as long as they can't touch it, and why I have an offline ledger to mostly prevent that possibility.

I understand, but a power outage or cyberattack won't affect my crypto on my ledger wallet. Would give me plenty of time to escape the country if needed and have my wealth all on a flash drive, which can then be used in literally any country. Even countries that have "banned" it.(Which is technically impossible)

SPY holding $410 not bad.

oil on fire today…might be short term high spike with so many reports gas stations going dry in NC.

this morning they were saying that they didn't even have enough of trucks to carry gas to counter pipeline being down, exactly what Destor mentioned few days would happen.

Have 3k ready for $85

With bitcoin/coin holdings it would never go that low so I'll probably never buy it.
