something changed from last season to this season. I was all hyped to watch the new NALCS. I'm struggling to watch any of the matches. It's not entertaining anymore….

it's because it's literally the same things every match. competitive league is boring, and has been for quite a few seasons. the early seasons were fun and crazy because literally nobody had any fk idea what they are doing. now everything is optimized. but that optimization is boring as fk.

they just cruise and do the bare minimum just so they can continue to be paid for playing a video game.
it literally does not even matter if your team finishes last place and is relegated. because guess what, next season, the brand that will take your teams spots just resign all the garbage players anyways.

Noob here and just started playing LoL recently. I'm actually enjoying the game and still have so much to learn. I seem to be leaning on focusing on support more. I enjoy Blitz..its just timing my grabs. What other champs should I work on? I need a good 3-4 to feel comfortable. Leona? I've seen Teemo is pretty trolly and I've done a support Teemo before that was fun.
Yes I know I'll probably be a bronze player and I don't really care… I'll work on it and get better.
I really just use mobafire to look up builds for new chars.

Took a long break off league but was having autism withdrawals. Picked back up with Zed.
tfw when you play 10 perfect games on your M7 and the one lackluster game, your team feeds, and then people bitch "how the hell are you M7 (insert champ here)".
tfw when you get spammed with question marks because you didn't run into a 2v5 with your idiot jungler.

my goodness the toxic players in gold is unbearable.. i can only imagine how it is in plat and beyond. every single game there is someone typing "report xxx" player for whatever reason. way worse than silver.
anyway got to gold which was my goal, uninstalled. wasted so many hours today, zero fun. will return in a few months to see if things change

Silver is the worst elo in terms of straight flaming and spending all game typing. By the time people hit Plat/Diamond they learn how to be super passive aggressive - you know, the single MIA ping when you die, /all "bg", etc.

Fk off Riot, after every single game in which I carry on ad (main role) I get my secondary role after and my ad feeds his ass off. Ended plat last season and I've never struggled this hard to get out of ****ing silver.

And for Zoe, rito design of peace. But you should just pick an assassin into her cause she can't deal with those during laning phase.

Also I main Zed and rarely lose to her, but it's just annoying how if I get hit with her slow, my health bar then disappears, even with some MR.

I had a Silver 2 mastery Lulu flamed me all game as support.
Ok…
He dced 3 minute into the game with 400 pings, me 1v2 enemy Sona and Jhin… now I am behind as MF
Then, he never pokes as Lulu, now he directly trying to fight Sona and Jhin, he dies, he said I didn't E, why would I E when I need to auto attack and do more dmg???
Like if you are an ADC, how the fk do you carry a completely brain dead support… Fking hate morons like that.

then, you focus only on yourself. if you die, it's your fault. if you get 50 kills in a game and lose, it's your fault because you didn't carry hard enough. your teammates are bad and you have to expect nothing out of them.
videos that explain to you trading mechanics isn't really a good idea because chances are you won't understand or be able to implement it correctly. you can watch high elo players smurf, but the thing is that they're so far ahead of their opponents in terms of skills and general understanding of the game that they'll 1v9 which isn't helpful for someone who isn't that great yet. If you're in the 3 major carry lanes, focus on your CS and positioning well. If you like to play jungle, focus on your pathing and understanding when is the right time for ganks. If you're playing support, focus on understanding how to ward the map (also generally if you're half way decent at support you'll be able to carry at low ELO since no one knows how to play that role correctly; support can easily 1v2 the bottom lane and if you wanna build damage, just play Zyra or Brand and outright carry).
