videos that explain to you trading mechanics isn't really a good idea because chances are you won't understand or be able to implement it correctly. you can watch high elo players smurf, but the thing is that they're so far ahead of their opponents in terms of skills and general understanding of the game that they'll 1v9 which isn't helpful for someone who isn't that great yet. If you're in the 3 major carry lanes, focus on your CS and positioning well. If you like to play jungle, focus on your pathing and understanding when is the right time for ganks. If you're playing support, focus on understanding how to ward the map (also generally if you're half way decent at support you'll be able to carry at low ELO since no one knows how to play that role correctly; support can easily 1v2 the bottom lane and if you wanna build damage, just play Zyra or Brand and outright carry).

I'll add to this by saying don't just pick any champion. Pick a champion that's easy to play, learn how to trade, cs, map awareness, when to roam, when you're likely to get ganked (or best time to gank if you play jungle), where to ward, item build paths and just general tracking of cooldowns. Once you get a good grasp of these then you can play champs that are harder to play.

The biggest things bronze players have trouble with are

1. Not knowing when/how to trade/fight. Don't trade/fight if they have more minions than you. Or are obviously winning lane and have item advantages. If you're behind you have to really pay attention to farming safely till you can get a gank or have the minion wave stacked in your favor.
2. Map awareness. Warding doesn't help if you never look at the map. Look at the map often, really often. If you don't know approximately where the jungler is or where the missing laners are then most likely they are trying to gank you. Before you go for trades look at the map and see if the laners are missing or if the jungler was recently on the opposite side of the map. Don't chase someone into fog of war alone. Its fine to back off and just go back to farming.
3. CSing. Practice, practice, practice last hitting. It's the only way you're going to get better. You can usually always stay relevant as long as you keep your CS up.

Keep in mind this is just a few things to get a bronze player out of bronze. after that there are more things you need to learn but its a good base set of skills to work on.
