Yep did my left one in 2009 and right one next year.Actually makes sounds like a twig cracking on certain lifts.Cant do any lateral delts movements with weights heavier than 20lbs.Use to upright row really heavy 185 for 20 now 95 is almost imposiible.

Off to view my first Duplex tonight for an income property
Never dealt with a realtor or even put in an offer before (we built our first/current house)

I have never dealt with a lingering issue. This kind of sucks. maybe I should do real light warm up or something like you do.

I hear horror stories of the pushy ones. I lucked out and used one that specialized in the specific area I wanted to live in. She also had a conscious. She listened to exactly what we wanted and didn't try to steer us to anything that was out of what we wanted. I got a foreclosed property and her husband even stopped by and fixed the fridge once.

start doing rotator cuff strengthening exercises and warm up brah

Yah they can be pretty pushy from what I hear.
This place sucked. The ad says that the basement of the duplex is able to be converted into an apartment (which is where u make most of ur cash on a place like this) but there wasnt enough head clearance to do anything with it.
On to the next place I guess

Tweaked my shoulder playing frisbee golf lol. Took a couple months for it to get back to normal.

The worst–car ****, just had the SUV in for an oil change and walked out with 4 brakes yesterday… now tonight, posting from a hotel because my AC went out this evening. I tried, but 88 in the house was too hot… expensive week…

Ayye, got a flat on the BMW so now it's roiling on 3 bald tires and the spare. Got 1 new tire on the rim that went flat, might as well bite the bullet and not risk another flat, buy 3 more so they match. VW is rolling on 4 new tires but need 3 new winter tires, those are cheap walmart ones though.
