yeah they wouldn't have gone far with this roster anyways. they should rewind time so they have double/bio bot again and have a chance to replace hauntzer/grig

darn =[

They really looked so good yesterday as well.

If they keep grig, I'll have hopes for them next season. If they drop him, I won't. Don't care what they do with their bot lane. Keep them, cool. Pick up another duo, cool. But if they keep developing grig, maybe next year they can get to worlds. He absolutely improved since he started

Didn't get a chance to see the games. Was it bad for TSM or did they actually put up a fight?

1 tsm was winning until they lost 1 team fight then lost the game

2 was a solid stomp for c9

3 was close with some decent trades going both ways and then c9 took control

Grig is good but it just doesn't seem like he knows how to adapt. Like when everything is standard he has a good game but if there is one odd pick or their jungler does an odd route he is totally lost the whole game. I wouldn't mind seeing him back on the team but he definitely needs to step up.

Zven/Mithy I can't really tell. It just seems that they both can't be good at the same time. Either Zven is having a great game and Mithy is feeding or the other way around. I wouldn't mind dumping both.

Hauntzer I think gets a lot of flack, more than he deserves. He gets camped a lot. So is it his fault or Grig's? Or both? Maybe they just don't have the synergy.

Anyway I just hope they don't change the meta drastically for worlds. This might be the only chance NA has to do good since there isn't any one team hard stomping LCK or LPL.

I wonder what the next TSM lineup will be. Think they'll keep sven and mithy?

They need a complete makeover, hell I don't even know where to start. I personally think they should have MY and bjerg be carries while everyone else plays support rolls around those two. An adc like WT would be a perfect fit being able to play everything decently. sven and mithy were straight TRASH.

grig and hauntzer do not work well together at all and everyone know top is decided by jungler except in a very few cases. it is absolutely no wonder tsm did bad this year.

MY had his chance and blew it. He was given opportunities to play carry junglers and kept getting dumpstered. He also has been trash in academy so he’s done and doesn’t deserve a second chance until he shows he can make plays again. It looks like the pressure of being in tsm hit him, and hit him hard.
Zven and mithy played great in the gauntlet. Mithy was player of the game in just about every one of their gauntlet games.

Zven and mithy played great in the gauntlet. Mithy was player of the game in just about every one of their gauntlet games.
Zven wiffed at least 3 varus ults game 2 and ulted the wrong way on xayah at least twice in game 3. Casters saying "in high pressure situations its easy to ult the wrong way." You rarely see PraY, Uzi, etc ult the wrong way or really miss ults. Mithy played great way too late. He sucked so bad during the regular season.

I get the feeling Bjerg is gonna leave, looks dead inside. Must be hard trying to carry when your top+jg have 0 communication, and your bot lane loses lane every game

Also I really liked the cheeky hecarim top picks from C9. And the Alistar initiation followed up by Galio+Nocturne cross map ults was masterful. Brings me back to the Moscow 5 glory days where comps were actually well thought out (AoE, Global Ults, Poke comps, etc), rather than everyone picking the same 5 champs every game

Lol I was watching Faker stream the other day and he had that same dead inside look. I don't know how to explain it. It's like they are just playing this game because they have to, not because they are enjoying it at all.

Wouldn't be surprised if tsm performed better without bjerg tbh. He isn't the same player he was when he first joined. How often does he get solo kills now? Almost never

Sure he's a great player but it's either him being the core issue or regi being the core issue because nothing else is a common denominator on tsm. And if it's regi, then nothing can be done ever

Unpopular opinion, they should have grabbed steelback 2ish years ago. he is such an insane low resource carry. When we did fantasy a while back he was my flex pick(i picked him randomly) and earned more than anybody else by a significant margin. This year he did poorly because his team was straight trash but they should grab him for academy. the dude is lowkey one of the best adc's in the west

I agree that they should look towards new talent, rather than constantly recycling burnt out players. Sure, new players to the scene won't have the stage experience and the synergy, but that's what practice and gaming houses are for…

I didn't think Regi was still involved in in-game decisions at all (not counting roster changes as in-game). I thought he only does management stuff now

I think the game's focus has changed so that the really technical and good mechanical players, like Bjerg and Faker, don't and can't dominate anymore. The meta has switched to heavily favor team play instead of individual play, even going as far as punishing players who try to make plays on their own.

I think it's the reason why we have guys like Xmithie go from mediocre, borderline bad jungler to an untiltable machine while good playmaking junglers like MY fall off a cliff. The game just favors the guys who know how to play the macro-oriented team style, and I don't see League shying away from that unless they make massive changes to their game.

It's just the meta right now, if assassin/carry junglers were strong Team Liquid would've finished 4th.

and Faker couldn't carry SKT this season because the team around him is average as **** now, Blank regressed horribly and Effort/Untara don't hold a candle to Wolf/Marin/Duke. LCK is also stacked and will clap cheeks again (just check out KT vs Griffin BO5 for the quality there right now).

Started playing again after about 2 years off. I played last season for like 2 weeks, hit gold and quit.

Trying to get back into it and work my way back up to plat again. I still feel so garbage at this game even with thousands and thousands of games under my belt since release.

went 4-0 in promos initially and ended 5-5 and got stuck in Silver 2.

I feel like an absolute trash player now. Just can't get wins.

Anyhow, if there is a MISC clan or a group of you that play regularly, hit me up. Will try not to be garbage.

Also, Katarina's new W feels so terrible. I miss the spin.

Yea m8, don't worry about it. I took a 5-6 month hiatus, and on return felt like trash. Climbed back up to plat 1 no problem, but kinda hit a weird plateau and dropped to plat 4 last month. Tried new kat only once on release, and never touched again.

Sounds like we can play at the same level tho. No MISC clan but I'm trying to start something up in time for clash. I'll add tonight
