That's how I got with Overwatch. Then I went to LoL thinking I could find peace (lol). But I forgot you invest even more time in each loss in LoL.

The only difference is you can normally see a LoL loss coming from a mile away. Every now and then you pull off amazing comebacks but your teammates will get toxic way before that. But at least you can more or less wreck your own lane and feel good about yourself.

Tilt is always a problem though. There's tons of videos about it on Youtube.

I had 6 game winning streak yesturday and then doom switch got activated literally all my lanes were getting DESTROYED every single game and as a jungler there is no worse feeling when that happens because you cant work off anyone.


I am in gold btw …. was plat earlier this season so i should be able to climb but nope.

I actually think that's part of the matchmaking algorithm, since it seems to happen to me so often. You'll win 3-4 games in a row, usually doing pretty well yourself…then riot matches you with the biggest loss-streak tilted trolls to see if you can carry. I'd be ok with this happening during promos, since you actually have to show you can advance to the next tier, but out of promos matchmaking should be a lot more MMR accurate…it's not.

If I'm actually trying to climb I just OP.gg my teammates in champ select. If 2 or more are on a loss streak I just dodge. I really does save a lot of time and effort. I would say I only have to dodge 1 out of every 15 games or so.

That being said I stopped trying to climb and just play new champs for fun. Won the last 9/10 games. Only lost the one because I tried to duo with a friend and well… he threw the game so many times lol. TK is the funnest champ to play in pretty much any lane.
hard to hate on a fellow wings fan but….


i need to cut… badly.

Sounds ALOT like Overwatch then…lol.

Starting to wonder if it's a metric to keep you playing, because when I get steamrolled or go on a losing streak - I'm more likely to keep playing to end with a W. It's not even a matter of playing better players, you just inexplicably get stomped in the same elo or get trash teammates.

C9 choked hard af….wtf was that lvl 4 monkey xin jungle dive…looked like something a bronze player would do.


Also top difference was huge in every game…C9 top laner got schooled on. That last game where he got caught at bot made me rage so hard because they were actuallly ahead at that point and could have gotten fire drag for free if he didnt get caught.

C9 had a great run, two rookies and one reject got NA farther than they've ever been in a long time.

Interesting that Fnatic has already 2-0'd IG but the Chinese solo laners (actually Koreans but ya know) look strong af. But their bot can be pretty boosted. Gonna come down to better jungling most likely.

Finally got promoted to S1!
Have been gold almost every season of League. Quit for a year and came back recently and stupidly jumped right back into ranked. Tanked my promos pretty hard and entered as Silver 2 where I languished (as i already complained about ITT) for a long time. I even dropped down to Silver 3 for a brief period of time which is the first time since playing this game that I've ever been demoted. Feels bad man.

I got to my Silver 1 promos 12 times. And even with a free win, I lost 2 in a row every single time. It was infuriating. But today I finally went on a win streak and popped right though my promos.
10 days to get gold 5. Gonna hustle as hard as I can. My macro game is coming back and I'm feeling a lot more confident.

Didn't even play that well in my promo, but I got my ADC fed.

you got this man. ride out the streak. take a break if you feel you're playing tilted. play smart and you'll get it easy.

every pro says the difference between really good players and everyone else is decision making. knowing when to not chase, when to push a lane, when to trade, etc… is what wins you games not just getting kills.

Yeah.
That Zyra was trying to be more aggressive than me. She was not respecting muh dps. I first blooded her and mopped up her Caitlyn at like 3 minutes for a double kill.

Bot lane never stood a chance after that, and Zyra kept going really hard and getting smacked.

****ters in SoloQ don't really bother me anymore. Got demoted a few days ago because of a Zyra that basically played behind me in lane, then did nothing but farm and smash buttons from a screen away. Flamed her for being a scrub ("wat I did more damage than you", says the person on a champion that should be top damage in any pre-30 minutes game) and moved on with my day.
