Seriously though, real estate was down pretty big today, there could be a good buying opportunity coming up tomorrow. CSGP is nearing 800. I did say that could be a good buy point yesterday.

Tesla closing under 600 is bad news

Aapl bounced off daily support earlier today at 121

If it breaks that then it could revisit high teens.

It takes some work b/c it's super early with this one with a ~$2.5M market cap. It's not on exchanges yet. Maybe nothing will come of it but it's early enough, it may blow up. Anyways, instructions are below…originally posted on FB by ShayZ and then I edited them a bit.

You need to have BNB first, get some BNB, or open a Binance account if you don't have one and get some BNB.

- Then download Trust Wallet.
- In Trust Wallet Click BNB then click receive. Copy the address.
- Now go back to binance or whatever exchange you have BNB at. Click withdraw, and enter the address you copied from Trust Wallet. For network choose BEP2, leave memo blank, and then confirm the withdrawal.
- Once the transfer is thru you can go to Trust wallet and convert your BNB to smart Chain.
- Click BNB IN Trust Wallet, click More then click Swap to Smart Chan. This step is quick and easy.
- Go back to Trust Wallet, click browser, search for pancake swap (if you're using an iPhone and not android, you'll need to do one extra step to activate dapps like Pancake Swap).
- Open Pancake swap. Click swap at the top, choose from BNB and then in the To address, type this in or copy paste it:
0x3edd04ba36c3bb5afd8cddbbd6481ecb0cc7806c
- Type the amount of BNB you want to swap in the from address.
- Make sure your slippage Tolerance is set to 12%. You can do this from where it says exchange above the from, and click the little settings gear. Set the slippage to 12%.
- Click Swap. Then click Confirm Swap.
- Give it about 2 minutes and reopen trust wallet home page. Your DNLD should be in your main wallet now.

I went all vti for 2021 due to what I saw in 2020.. the fee is lower as well, which is nice

I am amazed at how many people rush to buy the dip. Are you even evaluating your investment? The nasdaq is about to fall off a cliff..why not just wait and see where things settle next week.

So much bearish news for Tesla, a fresh announcement of safety authorities launching yet another investigation into a fatal crash in California

Saw the gif in another thread on the main forum but didn’t know it was new, this happened in Fontana a week ago. Car slammed full speed into a semi that had just overturned on the freeway

Aapl still ****ijg me hard in the ass though….I bought a bunch at the stock split late last year and have been red on it ever since….worst tech investment I've made. It always peeks its head over the 130s then immediately back down….even with stellar earnings that **** just doesn't wanna go over the 140s….hate holding this stock
