Dude I cut 20 lbs of fat before and did not change that significantly.

You gained like 20 lbs of muscle while cutting.

Maths kinda make sense i suppose, maybe im 13%bf i might just look leaner, i still have fat on my lower abs its not really tight skin.

Average day is just a 40 40 20 every few days ill either do a 50 35 15 then some days a 20 50 30, just carb cycle but nothing religious, just as and when i feel its necessary and things are slowing down

Dude, you look great. But I can see why many are skeptical here. Now it's hard to tell in pictures, especially that "side twist in great lighting" thing you got going on there, but it looks like you gained muscle on a cut. Like you literally had no chest in the before shot, and now you have a thick, full, striated set of pecs. Don't give me the whole "if I was on gear, I'd be bigger" spiel, that means absolutely nothing. Could be the angle and lighting. Or you could be just another one of the many liars in the fitness community.

I honestly have no idea who these guys are, and i dont know natty graham.

How is it so hard to believe that this isnt legit? What do i get out of lying about it, if i could get tested i would but dont know how or how much it would cost.

Also the side twist is a mens Physique pose which im competing in, no point doing a double bicep if im not doing bodybuilding show.

Using OP's stats in the FFMI calculator -a scientific or at least accepted way, of judging a physique.we get the following results:

OP's FFMI = 22.5, (Height 6'0, weight 183lbs and 10%BF)

If we use his on stage stats, then we get an FFMI = 21.9 which is even more realistic.

The number doesnt mean ****, that calculator is used only to know when somebody is juicingfor sure. A skinny fat, semi experienced lifter like OP could go on a strict diet and do a winstrol+medium dose of test+anavar+arimidex cycle and lose a ****load of fat while gaining a decent amount of muscle and still be way below the "natural athlete" range lol.


People can do steroids without ending up like muscular Rich Piana freaks FYI, just as how people can do steroids and be on fat fuks do you even lift status. Blows my mind how simple is to understand this yet how so many people think weight means **** when judging a physique juicing status.

This information puts me in the middle range for experienced natural bodybuilder, why is that so hard to belive?

4 months is 120 days its a long time, especially considering ive been lifting for 7 years and have been in similar shape in the past.

This is not an unrealistic transformation, this is how they should look, this is what hard work looks like, and this is what can be achieved if you learn to train properly and never miss a meal and never cheat on your diet, like myself.

Yes muscle memory played a big part in all this.

I stopped lifting for about 6 months, had time off, lost motivation and just eat what i wanted when i wanted, it happens man, and its happend a few times.

This time it wont, going to try and win my first show ever. will go from that first pic to winning a men's physique show in 5 months. pretty impressive if i pull it off i must say.
