In2014(the most recent data available from the FBI) handguns were the weapon of choice in 5,562 homicides. All rifles, including the ever-s-deadly AR-15 "assault machine gun rifle" were used in a measly 248 homicides.

So this tells me 2 things.

1) There are a bunch of sick and twisted people who only want to potentially "save" 248 lives when they could save 5,562 lives, and

2) If this was truly about saving lives the gun grabbers wouldn't be going after the AR-15. Instead, they would be going after hammers and clubs since they were used in 435 homicides.

We can't stop a bunch of Mexicans from coming into this country, do you really think we'd be able to stop a bunch of guns?

Have you never heard of military surplus? All a tank is a heavily armored tracked vehicle anyway, you can make it yourself if you wanted to.

This country is about freedom, freedom to do the phuck as you please. If you want to be gay? Be gay. Want to own automatic weapons and drive trucks? Do it. Want to bitch and moan publicly? Do it.

I will not surrender my rights to make idiots feel "safer", when in reality its just giving more power back to the government.

No. The posters question is why is it easier to buy guns in some states and not others.

Has nothing to do with mexicans. Has everything to do with state regulation of gun sales.

There's plenty of pro-big government types of men who like gun laws.

Some get action, some are FA, some are bulls, some are cucks, some are ceo 10k/day, some are poverty, some are jacked, some are DYEL, some are manmores, some are manlets.

They, just like the pro-small government types of men who who dislike gun laws, have their mix.
The muscles i value most are the ones directly surrounding the spine, the hips, the scapula, the femur and the tibia... in that order.

Basically the whole body minus chest and biceps... pretty much the opposite of what your local gym looks like on a typical Monday.

I own weapons and love weapons.

Do not care about what type of weapon it is.

It is taking freedom away from your good law abiding citizen period.
You want gays to have their rights, you say Democracy this and that, land of the free blah blah.
Then why are you taking my guns away?

If this law passes, this country is going to the chitter by the day boyos, time to load up on them weapons, ammo and get ready to invade Canadia.

Handguns are much harder to shoot and their bullets will in many cases penetrate walls and other building materials more than a .223.

Its actually safer in many instances for someone to defend themselves with an AR than a handgun.

first and foremost fuq this gay earth. there will never be an all pleasing solution to this.

on one hand. i'm 'murican. I should be able to bond with my girlfriend's dad over glasses of whiskey, listening to his Green Beret stories while he shows me his extensive military grade assault rifle collection in his basement.

on the other hand. a part of me knows there has never in the history of ever, been a breaking and entering situation of a residential home that warranted a semi-automatic 30round rifle.

is there ANY assault rifle owner in here that has a nontroll "my assault rifle saved my life in X situation where a handgun couldn't have got the job done" story? i'm gonna get some heat for this but i don't give af. But 98% of assault rifle owners are like 98% of Harley Davidson owners. They post pics of, talk about, and occasionally show off their Harley (assault rifle) to other Harley (assault rifle) owners in their little Harley (assault rifle) community/groups. talking about the latest upgrades, customizations, and capabilities of their Harley (assault rifle) while they talk chit about non-harley riders (non-gun owners, liberals, obama).

Is it pretty alpha and badass to be able to have a storage chamber in your basement with numerous Mastodon-stopping assault weapons? Yeah. Is it absolutely ridiculous that non-military personnel have the ability to buy them? yeah. but it is what it is. if it's not pick-up trucks on lift kits, it's assault rifles. dudes have to have SOME way to prove their dick is better than the next guy's. amiright?
