The speed of radio waves is constant and consistent. If you know the distance to the object and the speed of the craft, you can preemptively send signals and tell the craft what to do, accurately.

I don't think you understand what technology we have m8. The world's fastest and most badass plane was built in the 60's. It had a camera that could photograph 100,000 square miles of land in one hour and was so advanced that when it took a photo of a car 80,000 feet below it and with the plane traveling at over 2,000 mph, the license plate would be visible in the photo.

Cant believe the responses in this thread, I thought everyone knew that the whole "space program" is made up and is meant to be for entertainment purposes only (like a reality show of sorts)

I mean there are obvious hints giving it away everywhere, like the so-called Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) literally spells out Just a Prank Lol and Caltech is in it on the joke lmao. Wake up sheeple

if you're able to build a satellite you're able to calculate distance and timing of radio signals.

... or just say **** it and believe the world is flat.

Genetically 1% different than a chimp.

Since this is a Jupiter thread let's say that Jupiter was 99% gas, 1% land. Wouldn't make sense to call it a land giant now would it?

You could argue that the 1% of Jupiter was the most important part. Maybe it's the core of the planet that acts like its engine. But you still have 99% of bull**** floating around distracting us from what the core is doing.
