Lazy ways to acquire wealth are the only ways to acquire wealth. Returns to labour being low is the new normal. Acquire income generating assets (especially shares in quality companies producing valuable goods/services). Stay out of the residential property banking scam. Learn how capital markets work so you can speculate on derivatives.
Even lazier way to acquire wealth is to realise that everyone travelling to work from the suburbs isn't going to persist and look into ways to renovate office buildings into high quality apartments.

Always felt that women were the ones that had to keep up with a bio clock when it came to children. A guy can shoot at 40, his kids will be 20 when he's 60 which isn't bad.

That's the easiest way to carve out capital from your income. Once you have the capital you can do whatever you think your opportunity is.

Step 1 should always be having a solid budget. Nobody ever got rich by indiscriminate spending.

Nevertheless, impressive portfolio you have there Giles.
1.5 properties (probably grotty terraces rented out to DHSS snackbar families).
Mirin' hard.
When you die, which cat and dogs home will all your money be going to?

That's where Busta's money is gone
As for who I side with, It'd be Sambolton because I don't want kids either and his namesake is my town of birth

Which is your most important investment decision? The one that is the largest? The least risky?
Nope. Your most important investment is your first one. It has the longest to run by definition. interest on interest (compounding). Your first significant investment is the one that makes all others possible if it goes right for you. I'd definitely include a good college degree in this category.
Put another way, this is where making a really crummy first investment (lets face it usually a car) is such a bad idea. For others its an extended period of travelling because, like, YOLO and you need to do this before you 'settle down'.
I certainly wasted 2 or 3 years but somewhat got away with it..but times are a LOT tougher now. 60k for a not particularly useful degree, similar amounts on cars/vacations once your first credit line opens up..don't be the author of your own downfall, you are going to live a lot of years where you can rue bad decisions.
Make that first investment a good one, you improve your chances of life on easy mode immeasurably.
