Vendors always make signature required whenever they send packages out of postal service. OP paid either through some sort of money transfer service like western union or moneygram and can't be refunded to his cc. This is because money transfer services can't refund you because technically you are not supposed to be purchasing anything through them.

That, or OP used bitcoin which is very difficult to trace and to refund.

Either way, OP can only contest FedEx. Since they have no signature there is no proof of delivery and OP should get his $ back.

2 transactions on the credit card because they wouldn't put through the $6k automatically but you get the point

I'm charging up my neg cannon as well.

This is just as bad as making a female topic and not providing pics.

Why would I tell people on the Internet the niche market I own locally & online that pays my bills?
I could care less about green squares when it's my income at stake

I'm asking for advice in dealing with this situation which has nothing to do with the item I'm importing from China
If I told you what I sell... I'd have another 1000 get rich quick miscers going into my market share causing prices to lower

Do you have a history of failed chargeback so?

Guess you will have to keep the pressure on FedEx.

Good luck.
Had card for 7 years had only 1 chargeback which they detected when someone booked a vacation and used my card

I am now curious on how you have a "successful" business at all. Ordering product and shipping it to your front porch while you are not there. And during the one season that packages are commonly stolen.

That's just common sense man.

You could have a neighbor look out for it, or deliver it to a PO box like any other business. Plus have a business credit card that looks out for this kind of thing and protects you. Since you are a business.

It sat in their hong kong facility for almost a month. I had reordered a week later by DHL paying half the value here for the same goods for their mistake so i just called up fedex to put package on hold as they delivered last Thursday & Friday which i knew id be away for... they ****ed up really bad
Package was to be held at facility... FAILED
Package required signature... FAILED
I was basically supposed to get this basically a month earlier
