Salt Lake City - The lake is nice, beautiful even, but if you want to go out forget about it. The entire state of Utah has backwards arse alcohol laws. Must purchase a food item with every drink, can't buy alcohol above 3.5% or whatever abv at a gas station. You must get it at a liquor store. Restaurants have to hide alcoholic drink preparations from customers. All that being said, downtown is still trashy. Homeless people EVERYWHERE downtown. Place has unlimited potential as Utah is a gorgeous state, but good god how is that state attached to places like Nevada and Colorado.

Alcohol only sold until 1am get fukked.

Not even alcoholic yet.
