I've been as high as 230, and was "big".

I've been 190 and been "ripped".

Both were really a PITA to maintain. I think people look their best when they feel their best. At my biggest, I was always worried about busting out proton farts at inopportune times, and my cardio was chit. At my "ripped-est" my arms weren't filling out XL t-shirts anymore, and I had no energy.

Found my happy maintainable medium at around 205-210 (AVI).

I don't love the physique in the OP, but if that was how he felt best, that's his prerogative.

Everyone has a different ideal physique, and I sincerely hope you all achieve it eventually.
