Each department at uni uses a different wifi so I've voted in each building lol. Was gonna vote for a 5th time but got declined.
Good luck OP. She sounds like a role model for many. I hope she wins.

I can get her in first... do they check to see if the votes are legit?

She's on the Powerlifting watch main page in a poll for best female lifter of the year. That's where you come in, you vote for Rheta West and then you feel good about what you've done. You'll feel even better when you check your CP, I'll get around to everyone who replies.

She's up to 507 votes now.

She is strong as fukk too, and has some absolutely massive numbers. But given that Rheta competes at 148, Rheta's Wilks is better. By coefficient (so all weights, not sure if they use Wilks or Malone or what, this is the Michael Soong list), Rheta is #2 equipped squat, #2 equipped total, and #2 raw squat all-time historical (Laura Phelps, who is a 165, has #1 for the two equipped; and Maria Ramos, who is a 105, has #1 for raw squat). I don't know Samantha, so I can't speak for her, but Rheta gives a lot back to the strength community too.

What's the totals and bodyweight of the other lifters? How hard working are they? What's their financial situations like?
It doesn't feel right just blindly voting for someone cos someone told you so, doesn't really make it fair does it?

If your conscience says don't vote for her that's fine as well. If you read the comments 1,240 lbs for a 148lb Female lifter seems good enough for most Miscers to take 2 seconds to vote for her.
Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

Voted. I know Rheta personally and she is the greatest person I've met in the sport of powerlifting. She runs her own gym and can be seen at her own meets she puts on wrapping multiple peoples knees (guys and girls) and she regularly puts on clinics to help female lifters learn about powerlifting and even teaches them the ins and outs of lifting in gear.
Not to mention she holds world records in both raw and multiply divisions. Truly an amazing lifter and person, no one is more deserving than Rheta.

Rheta West: 1240 @ 148 raw (148 all-time historical world record), 1570 @ 148 multi-ply (148 all-time historical world record), 1560 @ 165 multi-ply (#2 all-time for 165). The raw Wilks (so the comparable one) is 576.
Samantha Coleman: 1560 @ 360 raw (#2 all-time for SHW). That is a 548 Wilks.
Rheta also has two squat world records (148 raw, 148 equipped) and Coleman has a squat world record (SHW raw).
Note that these are all-time historical world records (from the Michael Soong list), not federation world records where there are multiple "records" for each federation.
I don't know who the other people are, but those are the only three in the running.
