Looking for a little help, Miscers who lift (178K+ mod reps)

I'm a competitive Powerlifter and at every meet I've been at, there's a Woman there either officiating or helping out. She lives for lifting and her heart for helping struggling lifters is bigger than her quads. Of course she's strong AF and nationally ranked.

She's on the Powerlifting watch main page in a poll for best female lifter of the year. That's where you come in, you vote for Rheta West and then you feel good about what you've done. You'll feel even better when you check your CP, I'll get around to everyone who replies.

Opening it up to any Miscer who has ever struggled with a deadlift. She usually officiates that lift for my Federation and has screamed at me for 1 PR and 1 fail on her watch.

F_uck, we have all hit the wall at some point or another during deads. When I got back to the gym last year, it took me less than 6 months to get to a 455lb dead. It's been a year and I've only pulled 495 once.

Keep hitting different rep schemes, deficit deads, rack pulls, you name it, still can't get 5 plates again.

For me it's more mental though as I've injured my back a few times.
