5'5 and brown skin (I like it but supposedly women dont? Lol) here.

Honestly..leave the internet and try to go to as much social functions as you can as well do things you like to do....not for anyone else. To the point where you see the computer but are too tired because you got much things to do. Wake up early etc.

Redpill has made me cynical, bitter, and frustrated as well but its peak has passed. Going to try to be out there as much as possible but again because I want to...not because it's improving myaelf. (that's the side benefit but just dont think about it that way).

It's not like real life is any different from a lot of the chit being spilled out here. You can see many of the misc concepts materialize in real life as you are socializing with people and talking to others.

I don't get why people think real life people are different.
You need help OP, you need a shrink srs. You wont find that help on the internet.

You need someone to remind you that we live in a beautiful world, not just a cruel one. This world and some of the people in it are amazing, and would help you make memories that will last forever, you just need to change your fuked up mentality.

Life is beautiful, how can you go the beach with your fellow dog companion, and not be happy? Camp at the woods, and have a bird lay on your shoulder, how can that not be beautiful? Life is what you make it to be, as cliche as it sounds. I choose a happy life for myself, and i choose to believe that i will be happy sooner or later. This is coming from a guy that was betrayed by the woman he loved just a month ago, and is still crying everyday.

After all that, i still seek for happines. Look at my sig, read it, then read it again. Realize we have no fukin time to feel sorry about ourselves. You are 5'5", and somewhere out there in the world, a guy that is 6'4" killed himself, because he failed to see the potential in life and only focused on his problems. Some people out there are 6'4" and are in a wheelchair, and still going strong, not making threads on the internet, and finding ways to be happy as hard as it may be in their situation.

It really pains me to see a fellow miscer so sad and affected by how cruel the world can be. I just want to remind you that the world can be beautiful as well. Find a hobby, find a passion. Obviously the gym is not enough for you, and one thing i know for sure is that the internet is not a hobby you want to invest much time in. Why are you here then?

Have you ever gone surfing? Or snowboarding? Have you tried fishing or motorcycle riding? Find a gotdamn passion, when you are riding a huge wave on the ocean, and you have the biggest adrenaline rush of your life, the last thing on your mind will be your fuking height. When a girl sees you and thinks "that dude can ride a bike for sure", and you smile to her, she wont give a **** about your height. "Im not a surfing person" you are thinking? "I have never even seen the snow" you say? Thats your depression talking, you wont ever know your limits unless you test them.

Not every person in the world is a Chad, or a twitch whore. Gotta surround yourself with happy people, but if you are so depressed and sad, why would happy people want you around on the first place? Snap out of that **** ASAP OP, ill remind you one last time to read my sig and realize how stupid it is that you have made like 100 posts about not wanting to try hard on life because you will only remind other people they have it better. Stop giving a **** about other people, when you are skydiving and the entire world is below you, you wont give a **** about those people.

Start by quitting the gotdamn misc, you are not in an emotional stage whatsoever to handle the **** that gets thrown around here daily. There is some truth to what the misc says, but there are other truths as well out there for you to discover. The misc cant teach you what a girl sucking your dick will, i promise you that. Women wont come to you with that mentality though, thats for gotdamn sure.
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

There's a lot of truth to what you hear on the Misc, but it's going to be a little more skewed towards one extreme. People rarely talk about whenever things are going okay or going well, but you always hear about the negative chit, so much like the news makes the world seem worse than it actually is, so does a place like Misc. Another thing is that generally speaking, the socially accepted narrative outside of the Misc is the more optimistic, "blue pilled" one, so naturally places like Misc are going to be a little extreme because to cut through that dominant narrative (which is deeply instilled in people), you can't dilute the message or keep focusing on exceptions to the rule because there's enough of that in the media, coming from society, on other sites, etc.

The problem comes when you spend too much time on Misc without going out into the real world. Humans (and just about everything) can be easily generalized, and it's natural to do this, but human interaction is still dynamic and has a lot of complexities. When you're not exposed to real interaction and just Misc all day, then suddenly a group like women, for example, only exists in your head as some one dimensional idea. They become nothing more than an imaginary construct, which your ego designed for the sole purpose of validating your beliefs (in this case, Misc beliefs), so you're only going to imagine them in such a way. You see the reverse on sites like Reddit, where neckbeards and loners don't have much exposure to girls, so girls really only exist as an idea, except that what they know about girls consists of all of the beta chit like "not all girls are like that!" "looks don't matter, just be yourself!" and all that feel good chit. They don't have experience with girls to understand why their beta/white knight beliefs are inaccurate.

Reality acts as a buffer. Most girls aren't going to seem as angelic and pure as Redditor types see them, nor are most of them going to seem as callous and slooty as Miscers make them out to be. Life is a shade of gray and you need real interaction to temper your beliefs and keep you grounded.
You must spread more reputation around before giving it to AyMayne again.

The bad thing about forums is that they don't really have that tether to reality, and naturally they're echo chambers, so **** can get extreme pretty fast.

There is a consensus in theory and practice, for both psychotherapy, and advertising (which is a multi-billion dollar industry, that produces quantifiable results) - repetition and re-exposure works. Repetition and re-exposure to beliefs, images, dialogue, stories, etc, influence our perception.

Pro athletes, Elon Musk types, and Religions, etc, are explicitly types are aware of this. And purposefully use repitition and re-exposure to specific thoughts to develop the desire perception of reality. (eg. I had a friend who was setting up a business, who used to drive around listening to Tony Robbins tapes.)

I would advise avoiding threads about women/'sloots', FA threads, or threads encouraging people to value themselves via looks, money and status.

I would also advise you to develop a perspective that is kind towards women (that doesn't mean becoming a doormat), just generally having a good will towards women, hoping that they experience happiness and good health. IME the pleasure of good will/empathetic joy, is far deeper than the pleasure of hating people.

IME and IMO any claim of definitive truth, is delusion. Everyone (even groups) has filters and biases.

When you think you have found 'the truth', confirmation bias will work to reinforce that notion, and you close yourself off from counter perspectives and information.
