You're looking at this at such an elementary level. There are a whole load of conditions which have seen increases in the diagnosis rates in the past 30 years, because doctors are better trained. If you want to test if autism is more prevelant amongst those vaccinated vs not you look at them under the same conditions ie two groups today. Those studies find no difference.
