The flakey people are a little annoying.

brb "Hey are you available tomorrow" ... then you hear nothing from them the next day. But 3 days later they pop up again.

Worse, it really screws the people that have their chit together, are serious buyers, and that try to schedule something with you. Forces you as seller to treat both groups the same unfortunately.

I dont mind dropping the price, thats sort of the game with craigslist but they have to see the item face to face and devalue it. Thats also how the game works.

If they ask right out of the chute before seeing it, I dont reply back to them.

Never fails, I put exactly where I am at, in south bay, in big letters so there wont be any confusion. 100% of the people will be from about 90 miles away and wonder why I live so far.
