Haven't personally used the TLR 4 because I don't desire a laser but you can't go wrong with the TLR-HL. I really dislike my Inforce APL, it fell inbetween my desk and night stand and I haven't bothered to get it out of the black hole yet because I don't keep it on anything anyways and use it as a flashlight when I have to piss in the middle of the night.

Got out on the kayak today. Super windy and choppy but it didn't keep the wildlife away. Plenty of otters and seals hanging around
