I've found good and bad people from every sort of combination but still in proportions you'd expect. I don't find too many people of high value within deep urban/rural communities. They're there but it's hard to hang out with them with out ending up associated with chit you want nothing to do with.

At 30+ if you haven't done something with your life like hold a steady job or at least have savings then I can't take you seriously. We can't be friends; the respect just won't be there.

tl;dr
fuk thugs/rednecks (not the " invite you over to black bbq "thugs"" or "let's blow some chit up in that cotton field "red necks"")
fuk irresponsible people who make problems for everyone else because they're "friends" and thus committed
