Of course. Life is too short and your existence is too meaningless to not chase after your desires.

You did a masterful job at being vague. I had assumed this was a supervisor or someone you were dating. I remember suggesting that you take a stand next time, so that you didn't have to leave whatever it was that you valued; but I'm glad you did something instead of idly standby & accept the circumstances. That is still taking a stand. Can you instantly recognize the moment that someone tests to see what they can get away with?

Cardio before or after a workout? I see a lot of people run before working out. And I usually do mine after lifting.

Got a few for you:

1.
I let people step on me far too much. Have had 2/10 whales talk **** to my face and I let it slide. No idea why, but I'm the type to let things build up and then burst. How do I stop people from walking all over me?

2.
I've been told I should consider doing some modelling work by a few people irl and here on the misc. Do you know how I'd get started with this?

1. The good thing is that you're aware of being a pushover. I use to have this problem as well. Unfortunately, if you're too nice that's blood in the water for a lot of sharks out there. Would you say you're confident? Do you have low self esteem? If you have low self esteem, that would make you an easy target; ESPECIALLY for a 2/10 whale. She should never have the audacity to talk **** in your face and not expect a repercussion. Honestly man, there is no answer other than nipping it in the bud the moment someone tries to test you. There will be a lot of little subtle tests, so try to be attentive enough to sniff it out.

Until you gain that confidence & exude that you do things for your own happiness & generally don't give a fuk; you're going to have to rely on stopping it the moment it happens.

Just remember this: Anything that you allow more than once, no longer makes you a victim. It makes you a volunteer.

2. I'm not sure where you're located so I'll just give you general advice.

- Look up your local agencies and see when they have a casting call. Come in with simple a simple headshot a profile pic, and a full body picture. They don't need to be professionally done. Just have someone takes these photos of you in natural sunlight.

- Apply to all of the agencies of your choosing online, and see if they get back to you.

- join modelmayhem and be a freelancer and with the experience decide if you want to be apart of an agency or not. By that time, you'll have a solid portfolio. A lot of aspiring photographers are willing to take pictures for free.

Definitely after if you're going to be doing both of them in a short window of time.

I prefer to run early in the morning fasted, and head to the gym in the late afternoon or at night.

If time isnt on your side then just do cardio right after

I'm all about keeping traits that make you unique, but if it'll make you happier then get it taken care of.

At the end of the day, do what makes you happy, and change the things that don't

I think a lot of people on the misc don't get it. Don't expect an insecure beautiful man to be able to keep a chick. What would attract sloots is your confidence, and selling yourself as the man you want to be, and actually being that man. It's a full time job, and there are never any breaks.

I've seen your face. You don't need any jaw implants or any of that nonsense. You need a reality check and higher self esteem.

you aren't even ugly

That's also a way to really see someone's character. A person with good character will react to a "weaker"/insecure/lower status etc person either neutrally or gently and with some extra kindness.

Whereas a person with bad character will see such a person as an opportunity to increase their own ego/status by putting them down. Or more sinisterly, play the long game of drawing that person in to gain their trust so they can use them for something later.
I agree 100%. I really wish it weren't that way, but that's just life.

I wasnt saying i was ugly bro lol. I was saying itd be nice to not have worry about being lean if my face was already chiseled and had a ridiculously strong jaw. Face > all. Lets be real tea , 99% of liters only diet down to 10% and below to get sloots.

my bad. Well anyway, the point of my post is that you don't need jaw implants. Making changes in your life are nice, but with plastic surgery there are far too many cases of people looking like freaks and they always get surgery because they are never happy in their own skin

A different industry sector I'm most passionate about and have been following for years has been very depressed for years, and just recently within the past year, started to really pick up steam. A lot of them have gone up 3x the price. Still a lot more room to run, maybe 5x their values. This is a sector that not many people ever think about, but drives world commerce. It's impossible for it to die, have always known all these companies are valued extremely low and the time is "now" to get in.

Watching these things happen is making me numb. Seaping over to other facets of life. Could've easily been a millionaire multiple times over now. Have lost lots of money trying to daytrade so afraid to take any action. Hate losing more than I like winning. Terrified of losing again, it really affects my self esteem

Now all I spend my money on is alcohol and food. Lost a lot of the fire that use to drive me to accomplish dreams.

What do Dr?
I understand that you hate losing, but in order to win you have to play the game and risk losing. You're losing automatically by not playing, and by rotting on alcohol. The worse thing a man can do is give up and quit. Do you know how pathetic it is to just watch life pass you by?

Don't be the biggest loser OP. That fire is still lit, and the only thing that can diminish it, is time. Which you seem to enjoy wasting by feeling sorry for yourself.

Our minds are funny because we hardly ever live in the now. We are always stuck dwelling in the past, or looking towards the future. Focus on right now.

I've been on LDAR mode for the past couple of months. Finish university, moved back in with parents in city with little friends, no money, every day is just eat, lift, apply to jobs, and sleep. I can feel myself getting stupider and more socially inept by the day. What do?

You have control over what happens with your life. The funny thing is that it absolutely is important to keep working on your social skills because they can absolutely diminish. I almost want to tell you to get a server job just because it's a great way to make cash, meet new people, and increase your social skills. The only problem with that, is that you finished university so it may be time get started on your career.

You have to put yourself out there man. It's cliche at this point, but find something you enjoy doing and find a group that does it together online if you have to. Or pick up an entirely new hobby and mingle with the people you meet. I know it's uncomfortable, but comfortable is what will keep you rotting at your parents house, buff as fuk, and socially inept in 5 years.
