these days I wake up earlier than usual, around 6.45 am to do cardio...and honestly, it feels great...I go to work feeling good, fresh, tons of energy..

Technically the best way to start your day is having the morning wood chopped by a 9/10.

But this reminds me of the Hal Elrod Miracle Morning stuff. It definitely beats waking up tired and late and frantically rushing to work

Walk dog at 6:00am
Come home and make/eat breafast 6:40
Leave for work 7:15
