If I need to know something, Lyle McDonald or Alan Aragon.

Sure Mike is smart and dedicated but can't trust fake natties for advice when gear makes everything a lot easier. Taints their advice for me.

I think it went too far, not just the size but also the conditioning is stupid. Grainy dry muscles and insane vascularity doesnt look good, I much prefer a 6-8% bodyfat Gregg Plitt kind of look

most guys in mp have no calves, esp in amateur you should compete
kinda dont care if i dont look like a beast, think the experiance alone would bring a lot, esp for future goals

People wanna see huge shredded physiques, everyone was making fun of MP guys few years back, now MP guys are hardly smaller than classic bodybuilding, wouldnt be suprised if they let guys in classic be heavier soon

competition is not necessary for me, although I flex everyday in front of the mirror and hit every compulsory pose, I can probably pose better than anyone

Innnn. Started my cut this week. My goal is ~12% bf by march 15th. I'm sitting at 16.5% right now, and the reason i'm cutting for march is for spring break in rocky point MX.

weighed 193 about a year ago, 2017 was the year I lost weight and am no longer a fat fuk. Currently 155, thinking of having a few more months of hard weight training and eating a lot to put on mass. The cut comes later.

Fukin in, 2018 will be the year of aesthetics for me too

On a cut atm. I want to get to around 170-180lbs and then bulk and start lifting again. I'm 218lbs as of yesterday morning. Started cutting at 260lbs. I still have a ways to go. But, I can reach my.goals as long as I work hard and never quit, never give.up.
