Calm down bro I didn’t fuk your mom, I just said I found it dull. If I have to watch 20 episodes of something before I get how good it is, that’s a problem.

^^@Fuqdatass I'm calm. Text might not be the best format for expressing my concerns all I'm trying to say is The Wire is a masterpiece I would deffo give it more of a shot. That said I even find it hard to restart at times (I've watched it 3 times from beginning to end). Still I pick up on bits of genius each time I watch it (Like Frank in a much maligned but incredibly important S2)

It is a tapestry that delves into so many subjects of life in general. We will prob never see a show w the scope and brevity that this one displayed.

OH and inb4 negs- but movies that people find amazingly funny like The Hangover and Brides Maids and That stupid Ben Stiller movie.. didn’t think they were funny
Haven't seen those two actually. I just never thought much of Kill Bill never liked it. I found the hateful eight pretty boring, while I found pulp fiction entertaining, I wouldn't it consider it one of the top films ever made.

I've read all the books and watched the cartoon version. I made it ~5 minutes before I turned the first movie off. I knew how boring they were going to be.

Only made it a couple episodes into The Walking Dead and Breaking Bad.

I watched a video on it, and apparently it's considered one of the greatest movies is because of the filming techniques it introduced, that are in movies today.

Started watching Assassination of Giani Versace. People are saying it's really good.

Watched 2 episodes and don't know if I can continue because of the gay chit going on. Some parts of it are good, I respect Versace and want to know why he was killed.

Don't mind gay people. I might know a few gay people, but I don't want to watch what they do intimately

Anybody else watch the show? Also the season 1 OJ Simpson story was amazing since I wasn't born at the time of the murder/trials

It has more to do with its historic impact and innovative techniques than how enjoyable it is to watch.

I found the action underwhelming as well. Uma Thurman was as convincing as a martial arts badass as the well... gangly and unathletic white woman that she is.

Hell, I haven't really been impressed with anything Tarantino did after Pulp Fiction.

Jackie Brown is his best film. That's a fact, because I say so.

Superhero movies. They're all the same story with slightly different characters. And we don't need 10000000 of them per year either

I personally didn't like Kill Bill that much.. and after that hadn't given much thought to his movies but anything pre Kill Bill was great lol.. maybe even after.. maybe ill check some out actually

edit- looking at the years his movies came out it seems he was only GOAT in the 90s, still gonna watch a couple newer movies from him

I really didn't find the wire all it was cracked to be either.

I loved some of the characters, but I found it all underwhelming.

I liked season 1 to 3, and think the ending montages for season 1 and 2 were phuckin amazing, but I really wasn't that fond of it.
