those cops aren't hired to chase "real criminals". They were hired to patrol the beach. I think that beach has zero tolerance for alcohol. All she had to do was pour out the contents, and I guarantee they leave her alone afterwards.

First off both girl and cop are brickheaded idiots. Girl should of gave her name, cop didn't have merit to detain because alcohol was not open. He obviously lost his cool because he looked like an idiot when she blew nothing in the breathalyzer and she called him out on it.

As someone who has lived in NJ his whole life, I can tell you a lot of the police force is high school rejects. That officer probably was on the receiving end of those punches growing up and now has the authority to try it out himself. 2 kids I went to school with just became officers in the small town next to mine. Both were ****ing retards in school who never paid attention in class, thought they were cooler than they were, etc.
