there's direct correlation between 48 yr old misc accounts and vaccines.

Shingles results from a latent infection, and being vaccinated doesn't turn someone into a carrier. If anything, it dramatically reduces the likelihood of transmitting the disease.
Vaccinating one-year-olds against chickenpox could temporarily nearly double the incidence of shingles in the wider population, but in younger adults than previously thought.
The effect occurs because vaccination reduces the likelihood of adults who experienced chickenpox as a child being re-exposed to the virus. Re-exposure boosts immunity to shingles, caused by the same virus, Varicella-zoster virus.
In a study to be published in the journal eLife, scientists from the Universities of Antwerp and Hasselt (Belgium) have predicted that the temporary effect of a rise in shingles cases dominates in 31 to 40-year-olds. This is younger than previously predicted and this age group is less at risk of developing the most serious shingles symptoms. Many countries have avoided introducing universal chickenpox vaccination in children because it was previously predicted that the reduction in chickenpox related disease would be outbalanced by the temporarily increase in shingles-related disease.
Then again, if you Google it, there are also studies saying just the opposite. So I guess who knows? All I know is that shingles in 30 years olds was almost unheard of prior to the chickenpox vaccine. Now it's getting pretty common. Myself and one of my coworkers both got it around our late 20's to early 30's.The effect occurs because vaccination reduces the likelihood of adults who experienced chickenpox as a child being re-exposed to the virus. I made a very specific reference the shingles and viral ganglion activities in my previous post. If people don't read and comprehend on the level of viruses and vaccines you can't be in the discussion of viruses and vaccines.
Who here knows what a virus really is. It wasn't a question. Even if you destroy the viral protein presence inside a cytoplasm, there are still active RNA processing and splicing techniques employed by viral DNA which can also form an episome or deliberately insert to the host cell DNA, often in multiple places with no regard for the genes they destroy in the process.
Point is, viruses are bad. Current chicken pox mechanism of vaccination for example, is outdated, unwanted, undesirable. The virus has not been eradicated if we are simply injecting ourselves with it. That just means the virus won and everybody is now infected but still alive- the best parasite is one that may infect its host and leave no symptoms so we just ignore it. That method is not correct because a real method would completely remove the viral presence from our human cells completely. Cures like this do not exist yet but are the "desirable vaccine" a method which blocks and eliminates viral presence, viral RNA and viral DNA, removing it from human DNA and saving the cells lives which normally would need to be eradicated when infected.

When will anti-vaxxers stop quoting things out of context, realise single studies do not constitute empirical evidence, biased sources (mercola.com, a 150pg book called Vaccines suck by Fake Doktor, Truthaboutvaccines.com) have no validity.

Anti vax people have it wrong. Don’t look up vaccine side effects - you’ll find 1 or 2 out of the million people who got them.
Look up the actual diseases that you DON’T get. Lots of them just ****ing kill you lmao.

Is there any correlation between the increasing number of vaccinations we are pumping into children and the increased rate of autism? Look, I am not anti vaccine, I am giving my daughter vaccinations but I'm not following the CDC schedule. My wife is a BCBA and works with children with autism for a living. She has met many parents that claim their child was fine and then got vaccinated and everything changed. Was it due to the vaccine? Hard to prove but the unknown is still scary and a chance I don't want to mess with.

I find it highly likely and completely relevant that viral proteins and viral nucleic acids which are part of vaccines can have long reaching permanent altering effects for growing organisms.

Inactive viral capsids don't cause microcephaly; infections by live viruses that result in viral reproduction and cell lysis in cells of a fetus' central nervous system cause microcephaly.

Just so that everyone else is clear, this is gibberish. Episomes arebacterialgenetic material, but we're talking about viruses when we're discussing vaccines, and "viral protein presence inside the cytoplasm" is bio jargon word salad. Vaccines aren't created by destroying a "viral protein presence" (whatever the fukk that means). They're created by destroying viral genetic material and leaving intact the capsid or some portion of the capsid. And I can't even begin to guess what he's saying about cytoplasm.

Get mad all you want. It doesn't matter if the viral protein is inactive, it doesn't even matter if it is complete; all it takes is 1 foreign molecule, even if produced by accident, can permanently alter the organism.
I've done a master of science on specific viruses.
I am doing a PhD with viruses. Doctor of mechanical engineering and I've studied tissue engineering for a decade.
I am on the verge of curing specific viruses.

viral proteins dont need to be active or even complete to screw a cell up. Even lingering fragments of RNA can silence human cell proteins altering progression of the organism.
Even just a small fragment can jam a polymerase or ruin an RNA processing technique employed by a cell to package and deploy proteins.
Random search, "viruses that maintain episomes" was so easy to find, do you even use basic search functions before calling somebody out on a public discussion forum where everybody can see you make an ass of yourself?

Furthermore, we have assessed the functional significance of this interaction, using a variety of techniques including small hairpin RNA knockdown, and show that association between ORF73 and MeCP2 is essential for HVS chromo****l attachment and epi****l persistence.

A few examples: (1) you're confusing translation and transcription in your discussion of polymerase; (2) what on earth are you talking about with "jamming" polymerase; what specific mechanisms are you referring to?; (3)activeversusinactiveviral proteins is gibberish; proteins are proteins; even if I gave you the benefit of the doubt and assumed you were talking about denaturing proteins, you need to explain the specific relevance to vaccines; (4) you're citing a study on monkey squirrels to prove something about human viral episomes (fyi, episome as used in that study refers to an intact, circular form of DNA that includes the viruses' intact genetic material rather than self-replicating fragments of an organisms DNA, which is what you were talking about before).

what’s funny is most people I know who get these shots are always sick
I NEVER receive any of these kinda shots or vacs in general and I could say I only get a cold that’s last 2 days about twice a year nothing more

People forever will be able to look at your feeble understanding of the most basic virology. That's enough for me. But humor me.... If I am doing a PhD And Provide proof I want $1000 from you. LOL at internet "green and reds" I post contradictory devils advocate materials on purpose to draw in rellv.. relav... releven.. appropriate discussions and You got baited boyo and mad mad mad
lets start with this, Ill drop some bread crumbs

If you are so sure I am fake you will have no trouble swearing $1000 debt to me, send it to somebody you trust "escrow" and when I proof you pay up. Also for another $500 I will provide proof that I am a 9/10 to 10/10 master mechanic not that it matters but hey you got me down as a "fake" time to let everybody know if you are sure or just blabbing to hear yourself post. <3

In the future there will be specific vaccines for specific genetic lineages which are far superior. when the DNA/proteome of both host and virus is known, it becomes easy to counter in many ways. The evolution of bioinformatics is exactly a step in that direction. For example Aids virus is essentially a simple thing to cure in a single well known strain and cell. The issue isn't curing that specific virus but curing the 9999 other versions of the same essential mechanism that persist when you stop the 1. Oh but wait I don't know what I'm saying nevermind no cures exist brb not driving a race car as a daily
getting warmer to $1000 and more about EPISOMES:

Oh **** 2015 thats like what... 3 years ago... damn dog been Episomes for 3 years now and u still dont know wtf
$5 he aint even got 1k to spare
inb4 I'm a teaching assistant getting paid to teach about episomes every day... making that guy mad as f
AHAHAHAHA thank you for this. $22 fell out of my pocket earlier today and this makes up for all of that.

Whats wrong, can't put your money where your mouth is? I am not able to lie easily, it does not come naturally. I am human and make mistakes... but this isn't one of them.
magic disappearing acts
Since I have a minute and people are learning about episomes, let me elaborate a little bit about general biology that seems to escape our 'biologist'.
First of all, any biologist worth his salt knows about alpha amantin, a famous fungal toxin. Its in all the basic biology text books as a classic polymerase jammer, only a few amino acids long. If the biologist had actually read the book he would have known about this little trinket and how easy it is to produce being only a few amino acids.
Next, the idea of latency needs to be explored a little bit for the next part. If a virus enters a cell and then waits 1 year before doing much, we might call it a latent virus because of the delay. However we would say the same thing for a virus that waited 10 years, or 10 weeks, or 1 week, or 30 minutes. A latent activity is simply a delayed activity. I don't care about terminology here, there is nothing specific about a delayed activity that needs to be pointed out; the mechanism for every delay is different, so we take a global approach that describes all viruses: If there is any delay in activity, it can be considered a latent mechanism.
The minute a virus enters a cell,it may defend its own genome from the host cell defenses. There are all manner of host cell mechanism which pretend to limit viral activity and many viruses are able to overcome these. Also, a virus which enters a cell frequently brings tools to hijack that cell in some way, using the host cells machinery to produce copies of itself. It may not do this immediately (LATENT delay) and it may even need to wait until a specific point in the cell cycle to gain access to the machinery it needs. There are all manner of contingency and often viruses have multiple pathways for invasion, thus they are able to infect and protect themselves during other cell cycles, times when they cannot reproduce and must wait. A virus might also become latent to the host cell DNA of course but we are not going there right now.
The minute a virus enters a cell, it begins protecting its DNA and preparing to hijack other machinery, and there is some form of delay or latency involved with each step. Remember that the viral DNA in the host cell cytoplasm is doing all of these things as we will now tentatively discuss what is an episome. An episome is a form of viral genetic material that the virus is defending, keeping it safe from being ruined, and the virus is using that epi****l genetic material to preserve its presence in the host cell while it waits, or is latent/delayed.
Now for my distinguished readers learning about episomes today. Tell me the difference between viral DNA which has just been injected to a host cell and now is being defended and awaiting further activation (delayed), and a long term latent stretch of genetic materials from the same virus that has been there for 30 minutes or 30 years (delayed). Both are being protected by the virus, and awaiting further activation mechanism.
Thats right, there is no difference. I consider an episome as every single virus known to man that has just infected a cell, any cell. Even if the virus goes to work immediately, there is still some delay, and as long as the viral genetic material is beingpreservedoutside the nucleus somehow, it is considered foreign invading parasitic viral genetic materials. The fact that it persists by being defended and upkeep'ed means that cellular resources are being spent to this end. Everythingin an animal cell is degraded over time; only those things which are programmed somehow through code to specifically resist degradation by some mechanism will be preserved, and all of those mechanisms require energy in some form. Thus the viral genetic material is a persistent parasite, even while in a latent form.
Saying that viruses do not carry latent epi****l genetic materials is like suggesting that they directly infect the animal host cell nucleus, and never persist in the cytoplasm. Its like saying I can get to your refridgerator without first entering your house; complete nonsense to anybody with actual biological understanding.
The problem is that some peepz think that because they have some minimal terminology memorized, can't be bothered to read the basic biology book and are able to still pass some multiple choice biology tests on a curve, and have some kind of 'degree' which is just plain paper good as toilet, that now they are somehow authorities on ' those things'. Well, those people can't tell true master of the biology subject from fraudulence, as I will continue to expose.
Hate to be harsh but you might get what is coming to you for not doing a 5 minute google search before calling somebody out like that. And you should have been able to put together in your own head the fact that viral genetic materials injected to host cells must first enter the cytosol before gaining access to the host cell DNA, which makes them epi****l in nature since they defend themselves, resist degredation, and ultimately are latent copies of genetic materials.
