Most people I've heard said the album was terrible, you might be one of the rare people who thought it was good, but to each their own.

I remember listening to it when it first came out and I thought it was the wackest chit ever. It's worse than Encore and prob his worst album srs. The new accent he had was god awful which made the album unpalatable alone. He tried to remain edgy like SSLP but it just came across as corny as fuk, beats honestly weren't very good except for a few despite Dre producing it. He took 5 steps back from SSLP IMO and the album was just a hot mess, none of the tracks were really memorable aside from the popular single Crack a Bottle which wasn't even that good IMO and him taking shots at Nick Cannon/Mariah Carey.

Won’t listen to any of his new chit. He was the goat when he was rapping about assaulting his mom

I don't care if he hates trump or gave trump a blow job. I just hate social media justice warriors. 99% of my political hate of libs is because you are SMJW narcing *******s. I like Em when he is in serial killer and on drugs mode.

Probably his best effort since Recovery? MM LP2 was decent but too many samples and obviously the most recent album was just awful. First listen through and it was surprisingly good.

But in all seriousness, read those lyrics to yourself out loud without actively rapping along to them like Eminem does. Any grown man who calls that "good music" is an embarrassment. Not only is a 45 year old rapper being vulgar on the level of a potty mouthed teenage punk kid, but it's the classic lazy rap that's not saying anything and is just stringing words together to make mostly random, nonsensical rhymes. Don't get me wrong, Eminem has made plenty of clever songs in the past (excessive vulgarity aside), but this trash is nothing to write home about based on his standards from 1996-2002.

No. It's better than relapse, recovery and revival. It's on par with mmlp2 imo. Decent album but it has more duds than hits. And I only liked 3 songs enough to save them

Listened to the whole album and I’m very surprised

Crazy how he just dropped it out of nowhere. No singles, no ******* cameos from people like ed sheeran.

And his flow is a lot more like the old chit.

I hated mmlp2 and revival and thought he was completely done. And yea he’s never gonna get back to what he was but this is a great album.

This album would be a good way to end his career

More garbage from a rapper trying to stay relevant. He has nothing to rap about anymore. He sucks and is a hypocrite. Just go off and die in the wind already

I don't want to because of the way he sold out to the SJWs in reverse of everything he stood for and the rebelliousness of his original character

Listened to the whole album twice.

The first listen around I found the production was really subpar but the 2nd time through I don't think it is as bad although it is a bit simple and basic. However, I feel like that was almost intentional because I feel like throughout the album he was pretty much taking shots at these new age rappers and imitating/mocking them but sounding way better, including down to the production. I don't think anybody denies that Eminem is one of the nicest if not THE nicest on the mic when it comes to skill/talent, lyrics, flow, delivery. I don't think anybody is as versatile he is when it comes to rapping and lyrical/musical content.

The album is solid overall, would give it a 7/10. Favourite tracks are Greatest, Ringer, Not Alike, Lucky You, Stepping Stone. Some of the songs could have been better with better hooks. Would put it behind Eminem Show which is a 8.5 out of 10 IMO but above MMLP2 which is more like a 6/10 for me.

Finished listening, i have to say i'm impressed. There's a couple of weak tracks (nice guy is an example), but on the whole it's a really good effort and is definitely more reminiscent of the old eminem. Not his best work, but probably his best work for 10 years and top 5 rap albums to drop in the last 5 years (cant think of many better tbh except kendricks 'damn'). 8/10. Definitely a move in the right direction for em since recovery and should breathe some new life into the trash that is rap right now. I also like how he's basically declared war on the chit music today, hoping some other legends will follow suit.

Ringer, the greatest, stepping stone, and lucky you were my favorite tracks, i quite liked fall, and normal aswell.

Willing to bet near enough nobody he called out will have the nuts to respond

I dont know why the misc keep saying he's an SJW. He doesn't like trump, and supported BLM, that's it. He's still calling people ***gots left right and centre, hardly SJW

I remember when recovery came out everyone was on his nuts over it, now its "Recovery sucks bro"

This album is good, recovery was as well. Revival and MMLP sucked donkey dick, relapse was okay

while it's his best chit in a while, this is definitely not a top 5 rap album in the last 5 years. you either barely listen to rap or only listen to chit artists. I can probably name 10 albums this year that were better than this album.

I listen to mostly 90s/00s rap, i'm not fond of most rap today. It's just my opinion dude, i think most rap made in the last 5 years is trash, i've listened to a fair bit and tried to like it but i just don't. Kendrick Lemar is the only new artist i've liked a lot, some others are okay but most is just trash to me.

Absolutely no one who actually listens to rap is going to say Kamikaze is the best album of the year let alone one the best in the past 5. The album was a decent 6/10 but no where near the top
