Wait hold on. I forgot to roast you more. Add in the fact that your feet placement is higher on the mat. That makes it easier. If you watch all of my videos on hack squats I place my feet at the bottom of the mat. Yours are in the middle of the mat.

Foot placement makes a huge deal because I can get up over 600 with my feet at the top now. But with my feet at the bottom I can only do 560. Oh and forgot to add in the fact that you're not even pausing it like I am. It's tougher to pause it at the bottom and come back up.

So basically to sum this up I just roasted the hell out of you and made you out to be the liar that you are, and I don't even think you will have a come back at this point. How could you? What's your excuse going to be this time?

So I just roast you and make you out to be a liar and then not only is there no apology or acknowledgement that you were wrong but you try to correct my form and down play what I did with 550 yet again. So basically using your math, your 495 for 4 translates to a 550 for 6 to 8 with bands, which we all know would add another 100 pounds or so to the lift. So basically you're saying you could do a 650 hack squat with no bands, yet you're 495 for 4 equates to nowhere near a 650 hack squat.

To get 650 you would have had to have done at least 615 for 5 which you're nowhere near and won't ever be near because you're a liar.

So do you want to come to terms with your denial and admit that you're wrong and apoligize to me and everyone else here or do you want to let the denial take control?

Same brah, going under 5 reps is unnecessary for building physique. I do triples on overhead press and deadlifts out of personal preference but IMO 5-13 reps is the sweet spot for building muscle without risking injury and excessive fatigue

You post a video of you doing 495 with bands that help you. Thus making it probably around 425 .. And you get it up for 10. Yet you don't even go all the way down and pause it on the bottom like I do.

You're doing reverse bands to help you. How is that even tough? Explain that one to me?

This is like doing a bench video of you doing 400 but then you have reverse bands helping you get the weight up.

What's your point?

The point is you have no clue about anything when it comes to exercise and can't admit my hack squat form is just so much hotter and stronger than yours. I literally l piss excellence even with my bummed elbow from playing varsity badminton

You have to pause it at the bottom to allow momentum to stop. Then you come back up. Don't bounce it either.

Place your foot lower too

I can do over 600 with my feet at the top. All the way down.
