I play hockey with a few guys in their mid to late 30's now that never got married. Still doing what I did when I was 20-28 years old. Clubs on weekends, randoms, casual 3-4 month relationships. Except the girls they all meet now are either all crazy or are divorcees themselves with young kids, and a lot of them don't have dads in the picture.

My brother in law is divorced, he's a good looking successful guy and he gets a lot of dates, but its really tough to have any kind of a relationship when you have kids. People without kids don't understand, people with kids are busy with their own, and find it hard to make time for a relationship too. If you want to date younger, you have to be willing to have kids again. Who wants to go through that again, and who wants to do that to their own kids?

I'm sure its not that bad once you're into it, but dating as a divorcee sounds absolutely terrible - and I'm thankful that I'm in a happy marriage with a happy family.

She's delusional, that's my issue with SS. I feel like every thread I read about breakups or divorce she's on the first page making comments about how she cant get attracted to people her age and wants someone young and exciting even though she's boring AF

I've only found one woman I would marry since my divorce. Of course she is an amazing woman and realized she could do better. But she has horrible taste in men so it's not going well for her. Had a couple year relationship with a woman who had a perfect 100 lb body but she was allergic to money so had to end it. I'm in a weird place where I'm the best I've ever been with women but have the least interest in them. Recently realized I barely have to work if I just focus on myself so I'm working 6 months a year and trying to get it down to 4. Maybe one will come along but it's hard to take women seriously now that my test has declined.

My tastes in women have matured as I have, and the older I get the less important looks are to me. I find women my age (39) who take care of themselves still attractive. Yes, younger women are more beautiful than older women but looks isn't as much of a deal breaker when you're 40 as it was when I was 25.

She is just one of those people destined to be poor her whole life because she doesn't have any financial discipline. I grew up poor and money was a factor in my divorce so I gave her time to improve but she didn't.

I know their wheels spin and they don't say everything they think in their head but no woman has told me divorced by 30 w/ a child is a dealbreaker for them.

Das interesting, I could swear they were around at the same time but you seem to be right. Maybe dlb has another confirmed account later on and I'm thinking of that but can't remember the name or something.

Definitely was suspicious of legz when she first showed up acting crazy, but I've been suspicious of many a female miscer when they show up looking crazy, I've learned to watch and wait for them to expose themselves instead of accusing every single one lol.

I can only spot alts of people who I've had a lot of dealings with, and even then I probably miss a lot. I still can't even spot a used car salesman post and everyone else seems to pick up on that straight away.

I haven't seen linn and I hope not to if that's the case.
