A lot of liberals say this, that blacks are arrested more, but don't do any more crime, just that they get caught because they are targeted by police. If this were true, that would mean that whites who do the crimes get away with it, and the cops are basically looking the other way, or just letting them go. If this is true, the white areas of a city would be a scary place because all these whites would be robbing, raping and killing unchecked and the inner city black areas would be super safe because all those who even think of committing a crime would be off the street.
