I am 202 at 15 percent. I am looking pretty good. Looking to drop to 195 and see where I am at. I think 12 percent would look the best overall.
Will have to see how far my lifts fall though. I'll prob live the rest of my life at whatever bf let's me bench 315 or 250 5x5 at the least.

yes, natty. 6ft, low 180s, and roughly 9%bf in this pic. legs are quite chit compared to my upper body tbh. lifting for 14 years.
i don't care to argue about natty-ness. im no youtube wannabe and have no reason to lie.
just hoping to give some realistic expectations if you put in a decade+ of hard work, and have decent genetics, AND know how to work the angles and lighting - big factor lol

Maybe if you're standing right next to them you'll notice that your fatceps are bigger than their arms, but at 5-10 feet, a lean natty is 100000x impressive than some cellteched bloatlord.

apparently being a natty means skipping back, shoulders and probably legs as well. and tbh his chest isnt even that great.
good physique, but to claim its any closer than 75% to the natty limit is as delusional as those who post obvious juice drinkers as the limit.
looked again at his pic, his wide midsection does NOT help him here, if he had a narrower waist, his upper body would look better

You look like a fitness model. Perfect proportions with good musculature. Unfortunately, those are usually tell tale signs of bike riding.

i look very different with 15lbs of extra weight, worse lighting, no filter, and not posing.

i look like i do in that pic about .001% of the time.
good pump, angle, lighting, and posing does wonders.

like i mentioned above that first pic is the single greatest pic of my physique i've taken. sitting at 181-183lbs lean.
i've gotten good at manipulating my side pose to make my arms look much bigger and waist much smaller.
this pic is me at almost 200lbs, no tan, no shave, no pose, no pump. taken a week or two ago to gauge my progress over this summer
