And ya know, there's definitely some females that are consciously aware of the reality that they're using a beta male.

Not even saying she's doing anything bad... because if any of what I said were true, it would literally be in her nature, it would be a perfectly valid strategy, breeding with an alpha male, and using a beta male to help you raise your off-spring.

Just some thoughts off the top of my head, for what it's worth.

On top of that, signing away your legal rights to a kid, does not save you from paying child support. It just mean's you have no say in how to raise him/her. Also, the guy should now be able to have 50/50 custody. So, this makes no sense.
I think it's his wife's sister or a maybe a siblings sister in law that he considers a sister in law. Doesn't seem to be a brother to that snakes new husband.
