At 317 lbs off-season weight, he should basically have as much muscle as Dorian Yates, yet he had to diet all the way down to 219 lbs (while being on insane amounts of stuff). Whatever extra muscle he gained (if any), he definitely lost it all after dieting.

Also, you're a ***got troll.

I literally benched 225 for reps today after 5 years (I got an injury 5 years ago) haven’t lifted that heavy since. I obviously don’t train for strength but it was good to hit those numbers again didn’t feel too heavy either
Edit: I weigh 175 currently, everybody knows this brah shorter guys look more filled out at the same weight

2) he lost a negligible amount of muscle in the grand scheme of chit, realistically he lost maybe 1-4ishlbs but even if he lost 10lbs of muscle on that diet he is bigger than he started. Kavensky's problem is he isn't patient and going from 0-100 with his chit, you can't just decide you want to gain 50lbs of lean mass in a years time and have it become reality

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.
