Yes, of course. Islam isn't about race. Bosnia are considered European and they have many Muslims.
Muslim means someone who submits their will to their creator.
Adam, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Ishamel, Jacob, Joesph, Moses, Aaron, David, Joshua, Jeremiah, Job, Ezekiel, Solomon, Zacheriah, John, Jesus, Mohamed (peace be upon all of them) were all Muslims in the sense they worshipped the one true God. There were many Prophets that God sent (those are some of them listed).

The Prophet's Mohamed's uncle will be in hellfire and Bilal (a black man during the time of the Prophet) will be in paradise - if it was for the Arabs only, the Prophet's uncle should have been in paradise.
Around 20% of Muslims are actually Arabs.

Muslim or nonmuslim, only Allah knows and decides who’s going to heaven or hell.
If muslims and non-muslims have an equal opportunity to go to heaven, then it doesn't matter if someone is or isn't a muslim.
