Cop couldnt wait a mile to see if she used the exit?
Usually on the cops side but not for this. Little/No shoulder isnt a good situation for cops either. Cops get hit all the time while on a stop because people cant see them.

Police explained that if you see blue lights and aren’t comfortable pulling over, you need to follow these instructions:
First, police said if you are not comfortable pulling over in that location or are not sure it is an actual officer, immediately slow down and turn on your hazard lights. Police said that will let the officer know you see them. Next, police said to move to the farthest right lane and continue to drive to a location where you feel same. Police said under a street light, a gas station, and exit ramp or side road are examples of where to stop. Police said if you think the vehicle pulling you over is not a real police officer, call 911.
Arkansas State Police said if these instructions are followed, you will not be charged with fleeing."
1. Did she slow down? Yes
2. Did she Pull to the furthest right lane? Yes
3. Did she put on her hazard lights? Yes

The thing the Misc always does is blame people for things that they would do regularly or something that is completely normal.
Yelling she was doing 84 mph in a 70 like thats not an uncommon occurrence or that she should have pulled over immediately. Plenty of people on here have said that if a cop flashed for them to pull over they would slowly drive into a well lit area and not some dark shady place. There are plenty of roads where you can’t pull over bc no room or not safe. Lady tries to look out for herself and the cop and gets pit manuvered. This wasn’t a high speed chase lmao.
Also lol at Destor and his “they could have been hiding the drugs or alcohol”.

She was slowing down
Yes, there were strong indications. The woman wasn’t even supposed to pull over there, she did the right thing by waiting for an exit.

Cruising along at 135 kph yet doesn't have the cojones to just pull over on a narrow shoulder. I've known some bad drivers that would do similar chit, these people are a legit danger on the road. I've been stopped twice for speeding, both times I was going over 130 kph and both times I was pulled over and digging for my registration/ID within 10 seconds flat. And both times the officers bumped my speeding ticket down to 110 kph.

First you said she maybe had drugs
Then you said maybe she had a gun
Now you’re saying maybe she was going to slam into the car in front of her
So we’re just going to violently attack people now because of the tiniest possibility that they could be doing something wrong?

Yea, Ima go with the cop's in the wrong here. He even pulled up beside her so could see very clearly who was driving. A lot of different actions could've been taken by the cop, including staying the course as she essentially acknowledged him with her hazards. Not to mention she's getting pulled over for a speeding violation. On a highway. Which is virtually empty from the video. At no point, especially after her hazards were on in the right lane driving normal speed, was she an imminent threat to others. Therefor, why in the world would he resort to a PIT maneuver? Bank robbers weaving in and out of traffic, down crowded roads, trying to run people down? Sure, go for it. Pregnant Karen with her hazards on in the right lane? Fuking Christ dude.
Not to mention, there actually is a shoulder there, but not much of one. As a cop I'd appreciate someone pulling over in a spot where my ass and feet aren't standing in oncoming traffic.

Why would anyone pull over on a narrow shoulder? I can link tons of videos of cops/cop cars getting blasted bc they are literally pulled over in the “shoulder” of thr road.

This chit makes me not care about libs getting the police defunded
On a car group I'm on there are regular posts of cops killing speeders with pit maneuvers, but at least they didn't break the speed limit again!
The Texas cops who don't gaf about speeding on the toll roads are the only road cops who are bros tbh

She slowed down. She got over to the furthest lane. She turned on her hazards. Based on the law and her deliberate actions he should have known exactly what she was doing.

Certified bootlicker here but yeah that is excessive use of force and is not appropriate for the crime. PITs are considered lethal use of force in certain jurisdictions and for speeding it's not appropriate. I can see how the officer felt especially with the long pullover time and her missing that exit for pulling over but it doesn't escalate to needing to perform that on her.

The woman is not at fault in any way. That officer should be fired but since he's a cop in a backwater chithole he'll keep the job and inbred moonshine enthusiasts will support him.
I support cops in most cases but this video clearly shows he's a retard who shouldn't have a badge. I have no idea why some people support this sort of thing. This hurts cops, it makes people hate them and distrust them, it harms the community. If that woman and her baby died it would be a national incident and if she was black there would be riots that destroy entire cities.

I know everyone is defending the woman but don't you notice she is driving all over the road and her speed keeps changing? Seems like she is drunk or on drugs.
