Just saw this. Cops are psychopaths depending on the day you get pulled over. They're never consistent.

Also stated that 144 pit maneuvers were done, of that 3 people died and 1 was a passenger?

Cops are given chit training, qualified immunity, and use their attitude and lash out onto the public.....


Only way to hold them accountable is to take away immunity because then they will stop and think "will this get me sued?" Why the fuk you pit maneuver someone who was speeding and then slowed down with flashers on......what a dipchit. Then the gall of the officer to blame the pregnant woman......da fuk?

In the provided short video, the cop put his lights on 0:42. Didn't initiate the pit manuerver until 1:19. Basically, she fuked around with pulling over for at least half a minute. Half a minute with a cop with lights on behind you would feel like an eternity.

Her behavior was that of someone who was higher than a fkn kite and with a trunkload of OJ in the back and a fresh line half snorted on the dashboard. The cop was completely justified in shutting it down.

Just watched the video, dumb bitch should of stopped

Cop was completely justified probably assuming it was a murderous fugitive about to lead a high speed chase on the highway putting potential hundreds of innocents individuals in harms way

She should be tried and convicted for evading arrest, disobeying orders, reckless driving and anything else that is applicable

When siren lights go on, it doesn't matter if it's a cop immediately behind you lighting you up for a traffic violation, an ambulance, fire truck, or cop car racing somewhere. The law clearly states that all nearby traffic is to immeidately cease and get the fuk out of the way/pull over as much as possible and completely yield to the vehicle with lights and sirens. What driving school did you go to where they taught you that getting lights and sirens put on you by a cop entitled you to spend 30 seconds - 2 minutes fuking around looking for your choice of place to pull over while hoping they assume you have good intentions the entire time?

But she clearly knew the laws of what she was supposed to do and she was just fine putting on emergency lights and continuing to a safe place to pull over.

She was stating her case while delirious and shocked and trying to get out of the car and the law backs her up on it.

Many cops are civil/social liabilities and trouble makers. Its best to avoid drawing their attention doing stupid stuff because then one has to interact with them.

Her first mistake was speeding faster than everybody else. Her second mistake was spending way too long driving full speed "trying to find a safe place to pull over."

Combine this bad decision making with the likelihood of the cop also being an impatient psychopath (which he was) and then bad stuff like this happens.

Many american cops are undertrained and low IQ, compared to other western countries. It is what is at this point.

She could have avoided it by pulling over sooner, so it’s also a case of “play stupid games, win stupid prizes”. It’s also not clear how fast she was going. She was literally catching up to another car, so it seems she didn’t slow down properly.
Obviously what the cop did was way out of proportion, but this is what you must expect in America, if you want to take care of your own safety.

But also, this is not representative of every department's training and procedures. My PD uses the PIT every few months. There's lots of requirements before you use it, we've had 0 serious injuries, only violent (or potentially violent) crimes, no lawsuits at least during my time here. So before people scream to take away qualified immunity nation wide, maybe look at your local PD and it's policies before thinking what happens in an underfunded PD in Arkansas where cops make $20/hour represents the same level of policing as Southern California (or other well funded PDs) where cops make $50/hour.

Well funded cops do better job? To do nothing in California where homeless and gangs run ramped committing violent crimes routinely on live cams on boardwalks
