The only good thing about this video, is there were no microwaves thrown at lifeless bodies or 1500 curb stomps to the face. But then again why'd we expect those from a video which doesn't feature....

Yes in a kidnapping you could get your child or some one elses child. The person who 'kidnapped' them is committing a felony, so they are in the commission of a crime. *BUT* You better have damned good reason/evidence that this person kidnapped and currently has your child, like seeing your child in the house/property. Because if you walk up to a random house and you *think* they have your kid and they 100% dont and the person ends up shooting you, odds are they'll be fine. Because all they see is some crazy person trying to break into their home claiming there child is in there.

Keeping your child past the time the other parent is supposed to have them is not kidnapping. It is a family court issue. The person the child is with is their legal guarding, regardless if they 'kept them late'. They could make 10 different arguments for WHY they might have done this.


Property? That's a little bit different. You can't just waltz into someone elses house to take your **** back, if its being repo'd there are some different "loopholes" but if you're going to use them better be prepared for whatever outcome, which could be someone waking up middle of the night with a gun thinking there is an intruder.

Doesn't really matter if its his property or his wifes, gfs, or sisters property. He is currently residing there it appears. As long as he has legal right to ask/tell people to get off of it.

You can think it wasn't good. But he had no legal right to be on the property once the property owner asks and then tells you to leave.

That isn't a good standard at all. Showing up demanding to know where your child is from a person that seemingly doesn't know where he is, to then threatening that person after they've told you to leave their house/property, is also not a good standard.

Chad's exwife is a judge her appointed by governor abott so case was handed over to the state to investigate. This is basically two ******* colliding. Kyle also owned a gym and scammed people out of money and went to prison he's an idiot to. Chad had been cheating on his judge wife with the baby mom in the video so they are getting divorced lol

If he had shot while the dad was still grabbing the gun or shoving him I'd say he has a reasonable self defence claim. That 2 second pause after getting distance makes it highly questionable.

The shooter is a lawyer... The shooters wife (ex wife of the dead guy) is a judge. So both clearly went to law school.

The dead guy apparently owned a few businesses according to his obituary...

Exactly.

Legalities aside, it’s obvious the dude wanted to shoot him. It wasn’t about getting the other dude off his property, or protecting his home, or defusing the situation or whatever, those are all just things that gave him an excuse to do what he really wanted to do, which was to shoot the guy.

I think that both men were being stupid about this situation and this is why police should handle disputes and not rednecks with guns. However, the man was just trying to get his son and it sounds like it was his time to get possession. No need for the 4"11 gentleman to go inside and grab a gun. When he grabbed the gun the biological dad should've did a 360 and run away. Hope the manlet spends his life in jail but who knows what kind of decision the courts make.
