Social media didn't do anything.

What it did was make people more aware of what already existed.

There were shows in Oprah about kids "eating ass" and you only knew that if you ate ass yourself or watched Oprah.

Now, you can get this kind of information on a newsfeed on your phone, so it just pops up.

Social media hasn't caused anything that wasn't always there.

In the 80s, people, especially girls, would be in impenetrable cliques. So, if they were out, they would sit tightly with their friends and talk. You couldn't get near them, now they are on their phone with their friend doing the same thing.

People who like to hike, go to the gym, etc were doing that in the 80s and are doing that now. People glued to others were doing that then and are doing it now.

These opinions you cited weren't nearly as prevalent. Social media just helped spread them to the masses. It essentially gave the degenerates a voice, which in return, created more degenerates. It also created the woke mob mentality and the spread of the social justice movement.

It wasn't like just as many people held these beliefs in the 90s and then social media came along and we suddenly "realized it."

Not sure how anyone could honestly think Twitter/Reddit/social media didn't contribute to anything. If anyone thinks that, they don't understand basic psychology.

Twitter and Reddit are like the voice of the left. All the globohomo stuff is spreading like a wildfire now because of that.

The only way it can get better on the individual level is for people to drop off social media altogether and stop thinking they are missing something.

Also, to get a sense of what any decade was like, read books that were written then and watch movies MADE in the decade. Example: Fast Times at Ridgemont High was made in 1981. There are tons of references that people who didn't go to school back then wouldn't get. For example, when the kids smell the tests the teacher hands out.

As I've said, it's a snowball effect.

I was in third grade in the 70s when I learned about what homosexuals were from TV.

That's where the phrase "That's gay" came from. My generation around that time made it up.

If you think gays are talked about now it was NONSTOP in the 80s until HIV drugs were developed in the late 90s.

This stuff is not new.

In addition, hetersexuals aren't becoming gay due to mass news about it. Being gay is a complex psychological issues starting at home. So, you can't "spread gayness" and that means there can be news all day about it, but that doesn't make any difference.

What started to ruin our culture was the 60s and 70s promoting the destruction of family as a social power move for women. Also, women working is a horrible thing too. They are not mentally fit to work most careers and children suffer for it. However, women are the biggest dupes and supers in the history of the world and fall for anything the media says.

However, the media (tiny hats) went after women WAY before now with TV and advertizing. That led to women totally destroying society by breaking up families and rejecting kids for work, drugs, whoring around.

As I said to you before, another thirty years and NOW will seem ideal. But, the events thirty years from now will be things started today.

Social trends aren't like mushrooms that suddenly spring up over night, then are more like trees that slowly form and branch out.

My point was that Twitter gives an equal voice to mostly teen girls. They are the cancel culture people, not adults and certain not adult males.

What we have is adults looking at twitter and thinking it's other adults who think Brad Pitt should be canceled for not buying organic bananas. No adult male is on twitter saying that.

However, adult media people are reading it and taking it seriously.

I learned this when I was on Reddit talking about psychology. I thought the other posters were retards and they thought I was a retard. However, I was saying classic stuff from psych that could not be argued.

It turns out that I was talking to "psych expert" 13 year old girls.

I covered this in my last post.

I have been on the internet since before it was an internet.

I view it as a serious communication tool. I think something like the misc is fantastic. I have learned so much from it.

So, I take the internet very seriously. People of my generation started out as young adults talking to other adults about serious topics. It was mass communication and the first that it's ever happened in the history of the world.

Then, kids and mentally ill people discovered it.

People like me may forget that and think the products of the internet are actually social trends and realities. But, they're the thoughts of stupid teen girls, perverts, and so on.

Meanwhile, Joe Average sits home and all of this has nothing to do with how he thinks. But, he's not on the net and so we don't know.

That means Twitter, etc could be causing massive Group Think.

Does your wife or girlfriend know you think that highly of women? But I do agree that women were pushed into the workforce when they should have been encouraged to stay home and raise the kids.

Not sure if it was a conspiracy but at that time they were discouraged from breastfeeding and told to use the bottle, enabling babysitters to raise their babies more easily.

By entering the workforce women reduced wages while inflation increased, so it took 2 people to make what was once a single salary for a man.

Not necessarily true about only teen girls trying to cancel people.

The people who started the cancel campaign against Rogan were 3 adult males in their 30s.

And I've seen lots of adult males take part in the cancel chit online.

Where they gay males?

Generally, though, people aren't "canceled" about a health crisis it's about petty stuff like a joke someone told ten years ago. A normal heterosexual man is not going to sift through ten years of tweets to find some joke a person told, then expose them as a racist, when they aren't.

That happen to an actor on The Flash who played a character who could stretch.

It was clear he was trying to be a comedian like over a decade ago and was trying out "edgy" jokes. No one but some weird ass young woman would do that.

That type of person would not have had that much power in the 80s. There's no way to do it.

Most cancelings are about jokes or casual opinions people had. Then, if the person is powerful enough, jewish, etc they can brush it off. After that, the teen tweeters just forget about it. If the person is not powerful as a celeb, they can get fired and destroyed over a minor issues that only teens react to.

I was on twitter recently talking about abortion. The most toxic and angry people are young women and all homosexuals.

Mass influence from shallow, stupid, and mentally ill people, that's something brand new.

If you look at history, people are prejudiced against people for fun. They are prejudiced against dangerous, stupid, and strange people (also dangerous). Now, the internet allows all outcasts, typically with nothing to do, to attack relentlessly.

As you can imagine, I say exactly what I think nearly at all times.

It's called "Authenticity" and that means you say what you think. The alternative is to be a coward programmed by other people.

It's part of Existential Psychotherapy which is a response to how no one spoke up during Nazi Germany but many didn't like it.

I know next to no competent women. The ones in my field are typically arrogant idiots who barely studied in school. Also, I have noted that women have a very poor memory, are liars, super controlling, greedy, and so on.

Obviously, I try not to associate with women who have extreme versions of these faults.

The main reason why women are a terrible idea for the workforce is something I read long ago in like the 70s. It said that women have an unfair advantage in the workplace due to makeup, looks, dresses, etc. So, a man has to deal with a kind of peacock in a serious environment. That creates low level havoc.

On another level, women working really devalues family love. Why would you not want to be with your kids but rather selling some kind of product? Mean HAVE to work and typically it kills them slowly in some way. If you lose your job, no one cares, so how is that more rewarding that some kid thinking you're the best person ever?

As is typical with women, there's no thought to it. Women cause disasters in families due to short term vs long term thinking.

Related to this, I read an excellent sociological study about children while doing some research for work. It was about how children who were abuse or raised by women are doomed in many ways. That's because women think they have more capability than they do. So, they raise kids without morals, because women don't understand them, they can't discipline kids well, and they cannot protect the kids from predators.

If you are afraid of these realities you are like a German in WWII.

Fascinating. Question: if you had a girl, how would you raise her? I'm assuming you wouldn't want her to be like the women you have known your entire life: dishonest, incompetent, dumb, controlling, greedy.

Yes.

When I was growing up I knew countless girls whose parents literally say to them "Marry a rich guy". Meanwhile, these were parents who met in high school and supported each other as a couple.

So, they were telling their daughters "Be a tricky whore".

Another angle was a girl would go to college and take up something like sociology but the real goal was to meet a guy who was in a moneymaking degree program.

Again, people actually told me this.

I have a niece and she loves me because I never talk down to her and I always have intellectual discussions with her. I will answer any question that she has.

She says that I'm the smartest person in the family, lol.

Most people train girls to be whores. I do not believe in that, I believe in freedom.

In addition, my parents had a very solid marriage because they met as kids. So, they were friends first. My mom was not a whore and my dad wasn't her pimp, sucker, or cuck. So, I had good role models growing up.

Girls have to be raised to be intellectuals first, not a walking vagina-ATM machine.

That's like me spending all of my time on a mountain climbing forum when I can't do it and never will.

I don't do that though.
LMAO I've posted proof many times on here of my body and lifts. You however, have not.

One of us was a D1 athlete who has competed multiple times in BB comps, and the other is some dude who gets on a BB forum just to make ludicrous/unsubstantiated claims

Do you think one of your masters can allow you to properly diagnose an insecure perpetual liar such as yourself, or are those degrees made up as well?

The only main difference that matters is that there are less Whites today and the culture has thus become more aggressive.
Besides technology ofc.

You're a ****get and a weak minded narcissist.

Why would anyone post "proof" that they can lift weights in a gym?

Why not post a video of you wiping your ass or saying your ABCs so we know you can do it?

The aggressive thing is fairly new.

Cancel culture and being woke is highly aggressive.

In the 60s through the 90s it was about "teaching people" to be nice, think differently, etc. Now, due to families falling apart, I think mass numbers of people have Borderline Personality Disorder and are vicious but masked as caring and nice.

On the misc countless guys have talking about dating Borderlines, including myself, that used to be a rare diagnosis and now it seems many people have it. So, a rise in mental illness seems to be new.

I have also noticed weird apathy with people. In my career, I have many extreme emergencies regarding mental health. Back in the 90s other professionals were just as hyped to help solve the problem. Now, I notice horrible apathy has replaced that.

A few years ago I had two women being held as sex slaves. All the professionals I contacted, all women, laughed when I told them and wouldn't even do their jobs to help. I had to take action alone to help them, and got in trouble when I did.

I work with abused children now and most people don't care about them at all. I had a kid who kept trying to run into traffic or electrocute himself and people responded as if I was saying he liked to eat cheese.

The Netflix movie Don't Look Up reminds me of this new trend.
